What is your favorite TV commercial or commercials?

Here are a few of mine:

'Frozen moment': Nike
Michael Jordan soaring in slow motion for a dunk. Flash to scenes of people watching on TV where the moment freezes…And man shaving lets the sink run over…A boy watching in the garage while his bike falls over, etc. All in slow motion…The commercial ends with a graceful dunk in regular motion making a gentle ‘swoosh’ sound

'Mazda performance': Mazda
Scenes of people having a ball driving their Mazda’s accompanied by Bo Diddley’s live 1960 version of ‘Roadrunner’ with flashes of his performance…By the way, anyone remember his great cameo as a pawn shop owner in ‘The Blues Brothers?’

'No matter what shape your stomach’s in': Alka Selzer
One of the all-time classic commercials with scenes of a belly dancer, someone poking a rather portly gentleman in the stomach to emphasize a point, a jack-hammer operator with his belly hanging over the handle vibrating violently and so on… The song ‘No Matter What Shape’ by the T-Bones was a top 40 hit…For those too young to remember, it can be found on Utube

At first i didn't like the sasquatch bits....sophmoric....but then....the metaphor for trust and vulnerability grew on me! Now i cheer for the squatch! I'm hopeless!

I just remembered I love the Budweiser ads that feature the beautiful Clydesdale horses. I would love to have a stud to breed those fabulous creatures..oh well I can dream can't I?

Yes indeed Carol!...The Geico lizard is my insurance agent...He dropped by the other day and I accidentally stepped on him...I hear his recovery is going well...

The new geico one with the owls is a hoot (pun intended). Its where the Wife Owl keeps trying to get he hubby to remember someone and all he says is "Who" the the guys come on and say something about not all owl's being smart.

Tiim, this is a fun kind of blog. I KNOW I have favorites but right now they are not coming to me. However, I can recall the TACO DOG. Yo quiero taco bell. I thought he was so cute and I bought a bobble head taco head dog. (the old Dr. Pepper commercials were quite funny too. Like the guy dreaming he is in Hawaii or something, rescuing a maiden from a volcano. He wakes up when the natives grab him to toss him in the volcano and there is his wife in bed with him, curlers in her hair and white lotion all over her face.)

Andrea, my favorite all time commercials were the Taco Bell Chihuahua commercials! My absolute fav was when the dog was trying to catch Godzilla and said "I think I need a bigger box!"

I also love the Allstate commercial when the wife comes downstairs at 3 AM and catches her husband talking to his agent and thinks it's his mistress...The way she says 'She sounds hideous' cracks me up...That lady should have her own sitcom

Charma - The message of the commercial is that you can call your agent any time of day...Husband: 'Yeah, I'm married, you could do that?' Wife coming down stairs: 'Who are you talking too?' Husband: 'My agent Jake'..Wife grabs phone: 'Well hello there, what are you wearing JAKE?' Jake: 'Um, khakis'... Wife holding her hand over the phone: Well, she sounds HIDIOUS...Husband: Well, she's a guy...

Wasn t it his mistress?: ) Ow a decent chat at 3am..Id love to see that commercial : ) Another commercial i really love is about a middle class dad who wishes to buy a poshy car .He saves and saves but then his baby girl is born.First its school ..then buying her room..then graduation..then a car ..then a home and He never gets to his dream car cause each time the money saved goes for his daughter.At last he discovers an easy lan system and makes d deal.Its my favourite of favs cause it describes the ideal parent : )

My favourite momentarily is a chocolate commercial..Its a commercial of galaxy with animated audrey hepburn on a vintage bus.I don t know if We share same commercials around the world but maybe you know which one it is.I do love the Christmas Coca Cola commercials too many times..The once with polar bears or people from every nation by the xmas tree holding candles..Usually d ones with chocolates attract my eye : ). I love the one by trivago..Its about holidays and falling in a pool to wake up in a hotel room which keeps changing into a better and more luxuries ones.Yep its usually chocolate and travelling plus xmas commercials which I love most : )

my number one fav's right now on regular cable or Tv... The M&M commercials,,, The "I would do anything for love!" lol, but I won't do that!!!!!!!! I hope you know which one I'm talking about...

what's a commercial??? hahaha!!! I'm not a fan of them commercials. However, during Super Bowl Commercials I have my fav's... Volkswagon: The Force --- it's one of the best and the most charming :-) :-) Amazing use of Star Wars. Vader size child...

hmmm I really don't watch them if I can help it but I guess I like the new one for Miracle Whip and all the Giko ones? with the gecko? Oh and the new Subaru one where they eat the bug and soak in a mud bath with bikers!
