Illusion

I stood out in the rain
pieces of me dripped out of my eyes
as it stained

My skin with burning pain
never stopped
an out of control train
that crashes up in flames

Smoke and fire spreading as I am standing
in the middle of this endless plain

Still watching as my good continues to battle
my evil with never ending rain

Hallucinating I'm starting to think a frown
or a smile are one in the same...

School Yard Politics

In the school yard
I am a politician
I am adding subtracting some sort of division
Ladies check out my fresh foamposites I rock with precision
Not the smartest my homework always needed a revision
So don't copy my answers in class it needs more erudition
I am on a mission to score a sweet shorty I am not worried about the competition
Running the school yard is my ambition
Girls in the corner the boys staring like an exhibition
Their is a hierarchy everyone striving for that representation
As if their is an invisible partition
Cool vs lame concealed segregation
An unremitting orientation
Not keeping up with the style is unforgiven
Forever banished, extradition
Tomorrow and the day after will be the same game, endless repetition

Scared Love

She was like an ocean
He loved her waves
But was to afraid to swim

Wandering In Life

Lost in the turbulent waves of life
Crashing down on her soul
Perpetual sadness continues
To wash over losing control

Insatiable craving for love
Seems impossible to fill
Any form of attention
Gives her a temporary thrill

Inflicting self destruction
Is her only form of control
So many of her secrets untold

Whispers of the past
Remind what she wants to forget
Blurs of memories play incessantly
Which Happen to only be regrets

Wondering if she can ever find resolution
And piece within get shattered heart
She wanders the world
Looking for any form of a start

The Battle

Contemplating if it's possible
For someone to love me
When I'm in a Relentless battle
to love myself

Always been a wild free spirit
Full of dreams and purpose
When did self-destruction
become the target

Insecurities along with hesitation
Stole a part of who I was
Whispers incessantly reminding
Of past failures

Somewhere in my time line
I was broken
Memories too painful to recollect
were buried

An uncontrollable craving
For affection
Every time someone got too close
I became a ghost

Many have attempted
to heal my scars
Though only I can find
the cure

I'm A Beautiful Disaster surrounded
By internal chaos
A secret turmoil
hoping to find myself

Faceless Name

Crouched over in the shower

Last night's mascara dripping down the drain

As well as her innocence being washed away

Feeling she is the only one to blame

Blurs of what happened

Haunted her mind

Trying to block images

Wishing to God she was now blind

REWIND... trying to fit in

at a party he took her to the side

Anxious butterflies filling her stomach

Oh how he lied

NO! she swore she yelled

It a thousand times

or was it her mind being deceitful

Maybe it was whispers she couldn't decide

He told her to grow up

Stop crying now

Biting her lip

blood trickled down

Her first time was robbed

Of the way she dreamt it would be

There was such damage

Such irreversibility

Each time he touched Her skin

having his way

She felt it was on fire

Her mind went far away

Back in the shower

She felt powerless and Shame

Her wounds no longer showed

a lifetime scar, she was a faceless name

Lost In the Storm of Life

EXHAUSTE AND TIRED OF THE FIGHT
WHEN DID SHE BECOME SO LOST
 FORFEITING IN LIFE

SHE WORE A MASK TO CONCEAL
ALL OF THE PAIN SHE KEPT DEEP INSIDE
EACH OF THE MARKINGS ON HER SOUL
WERE UNIQUELY INSCRIBED

HER FAVORITE HOUR WAS
WHEN THE CLOCK HIT MIDNIGHT
EVEN SHADOWS OF HER SECRETS
COULD NOT BE DETECTED UNDER A STREET LIGHT

HER DELETERIOUS BEHAVIOR
WAS BEYOND HER CONTROL
HER ONCE WARM HEART FULL OF LOVE
WAS SLOWLY BECOMING GLACIAL AND COLD

YEARNING FOR GUIDANCE
ANYONE TO STOP THE INTERNAL BLEEDING
THAT WOULD SOON LEAVE HER LIFELESS
INEVITABLY DISAPPEARING

AN EVANESCENT MEMORY OF HER FACADE
WOULD BE ALL THAT REMAINED
THIS LOST SOUL WAS A STORM
NOTHING MORE THEN A SHORT LIVED HURRICANE

Victim

I am a victim of my
own self convictions
Driven by relentless ambition

Always concealing
my despondency
Trained to be
imperturbable

My unremitting efforts
throw me into chaos
A madness caused
only for self perfection

However there is such beauty
in imperfections
Faults and flaws
are unique and exquisite
Unaccompanied by imitation

Time to unmask who I am
and who I have been
For it must be removed
to expose the truth

Removing the facade
like a fictitious ocean
In the dessert
Only then true happiness
will replenish this once lost soul.

Sleep Walking

From time to time
She wandered in solace
To a place only she could find

It was her demesne
That only she had access
A quintessential paradox it became

Each moment she wished lasted a lifetime
Never wanting to leave
Awakening in her dreams was her favorite pastime

It was where the impossible
Was a part of her existence
A striking rose blooming in the snow
Beauty almost blinding with brilliance

Though she was so enraptured in this dreamland
She was sleepwalking through life
Forever cursed eternally damned

His Battle

Her eyes darted back and forth
Studying his face
He was battling his demons
Far from reality, displaced

It was a necessity
For her to save him
But in doing that
Her own life was becoming dim

Every combat
Both came out with wounds
A piece of them each ruined

Every time the darkness
Washed over his soul
It was as if she was lost
Her eyes covered in a blindfold

She was a soldier in
His never-ending war
But when it was time to help her
He disappeared in the storm
