They crowd around their leader
unqualified, unfit
Vying for some action
all chomping at the bit
They’ve given-up democracy
their morals are all gone
Instead they honor Donald Trump
a two-bit, traitor con
They don’t want an America
with those who aren’t White
They’d rather burn it to the ground
and threaten that they might
They’re homophobic bigots
and condemn those who are trans
Scared of life, scared of love
they punish them with bans
Like preachers, they quote scripture
hang crosses from their chains
But then deport small children
far away, alone, on planes
The MAGA base is poisoned
hating all that’s not the same
Then praise an unfit moron
who’s a fool and has no shame
We won’t give-up our freedom
our vote, or right to talk
Together, we will march as one
resist, and walk the walk
We take up our cross as Jesus said.
Following the way that He has led.
When the call is heard
Internalize the Word
For hands will follow heart will follow head.
Be just who the Lord wants you to be.
Look to Him and you can’t help but see
Life can be fulfilled
When living out God’s will
And yes, you, too, can live eternally!
Trying hard to live the life you should,
Think and say and do only the good.
Life can be renewed,
With holy grace imbued
If we stand strong just as our Savior stood.
Walk The Walk
Miracle Man
November 28, 2023
The most powerful sermon we can preach,
should be the life we live each day.
Visual can touch where words don’t reach,
and impact heart’s that are astray.
To witness is no more than informing peers,
of just what God has done in your life.
While silently praying that he / she hears,
and has a change of heart and void of strife.
All the heartfelt words
They'd be hanging in the air
If I spilled them out
Before my deeds proved their worth,
The only way you'd approve
Argh! Matey, now it's time for you
To take a little walk.
You see that plank, off of the side?
Now walk the walk you talk!
A pirate you have always been
And should have came to be
But, then you crossed the meanest one...
That pirate crossed, was me!
Now, step up to that plank out there..
You fate..awaits for you.
For when a pirate crosses me...
They walk that same plank too!
Surf's Up
Load up the woody wagon
With our boards and brew
Be there or be square
Surf's Up
Let’s have a blast at the beach and surf
Flirt with the chicks
Laying out soaking some rays on the sunny surf
Surf's Up
Take the boards
Catch a wave
Who’s the best?
Who’ll wipe-out?
When the sun goes down
We’ll split
With some chicks
To submarine races
Listen to the sounds and make out

ok you started out in life thinking you could make a change
with hopes and dreams of fortune and fame
now you have hit rock bottom and all that remains
is the ups and downs the heart aches and pains
you were raised up believing in someones dirty joke
had you thinking life was so easy to cope
and that the hills that you were climbing didnt have any slopes
now here you are at the end of your rope
soooo
well now looks to me like someone lied
had you thinking life was just a free ride
and the grass was so much greener on the other side
so now you want to feel remorseful having to swallow your pride
you cant remain silence and still talk the talk
dont take it out on someone else knowing its all your fault
see everything isnt as easy as you were taught
so if the shoe doesnt fit you cant walk the walk
when we meet
after a long space of time
i do not want to talk
i do not want to whine
when i see you comming
that will be the smile on my face
then i'll come a running
for that long awaited embrace
i'll hold you in my arms
and i'll never let you go
i'll press your face to mine
and let my passions flow
i'll close my eyes and open my mouth
and taste your waiting lips
i'll rub my hands all over your body
for surely it was missed
i'll kiss you once
i'll kiss you twice
i'll kiss you a thousand times
i'll let my spirit join to yours
in oneness with our lives
then i'll whisper sacred words
just between you and me
i'll let you see the tears
some of pain and some of so happy
so when i see you next time
i don't want to talk
i said what i had to say
it's time to walk the walk
(Guess who this was made for)
