Wait a minute or a moment and your tomorrow is gone. “Yesterday” is here and it's not just a song. We have magic, we have marvels for a comic in a stretch. The day's not a dollar with an hour in the bet. The "His" is a "story" with a turn next to Her. The clock's not asleep with no steps for a stir. Like months and a moment. The Here's not a How. It's always with an entrance like a Queen and a Bow. The King might be coming but the race is in a vote. Next to the term like "Do you dig that tote?". In seconds and in secret it's time not on hold. So, leave the last call in a chance to be bold. The errors and the rewind are in a set your clock back. With a minute and a moment to test the right track. Wait a minute or a moment then your rides for a gone. It's all in the answers like the lyrics for a song. There's a ring not a circus for the best and a bell. So don't wait a minute for the Live, the Love to Tell!
Have I told you when I look at your life
All the wrong it is I see
How you need to get it together
Wait a minute...could that be me
You should be giving hope to the hopeless
Ready to lend a helping hand
Not be so inner focused
Wait a minute...is that who I am
Showing others what is of most value
In loving kindness and in truth
Giving them something to live for
Wait a minute...is that what I do
Making the most of every opportunity
Tossing worldly cares into the sea
Throwing caution into the wind
Wait a minute...
In this poem there is a message
That's not to hard to see
I'm pretty sure it was written
Especially for me
Hey! Wait a minute, what's going on
Is this how it's supposed to be
All stooped over, walking with a cane
Always needing to pee
Told where to go and what to eat
Try so hard not to drool
Remembering days when I was the one
In control, I was so cool
Mom didn't tell me there'd be days like this
Happy in her own little world
She wanted to give me the inside scoop
But her flag became unfurled
All I can say is, I've enjoyed my trip
If I bite the bullet tomorrow
It's all been an absolute downright blast
So don't go showing me sorrow!

Pause a moment for Jesus
Asked not why
Solance is golden
Solidarity is the key
Obscurity becomes nil
Victory shall be ours
Eternal flame flickers
Relic in thy body of Christ our Lord
{Amen}
