Uphold Poems | Examples

Resentment Uphold

Money can be replaced or paid
But resentment is hard to forget
Because it comes from our heart
That's why we are to assist first
And think about it before we come up
With a hurtful story
Because it's not that like dirt
That can only be taken a bath.

Patience a Virtue To Uphold- Christen Kuikoua

Patience, a virtue so pure and true,
A quality that can carry us through.
A scene of sin? No, that's not quite right,
It's our response to temptation that's the fight.

With wisdom and patience, we can avoid the snare,
And keep ourselves from falling into despair.
We can stay strong when the winds of change blow,
And navigate life's challenges with a steady flow.

Patience is not a scene of sin,
But rather a virtue that helps us begin.
To see the world with a different light,
And to keep our hearts open and bright.

With patience, we can learn to wait,
And to keep our hearts from being consumed by hate.
We can see the good in every soul,
And let love and compassion be our goal.

So let us cultivate patience with wisdom and grace,
And use it to navigate life's challenges with a steady pace.
For patience is not a scene of sin,
But rather a virtue that helps us begin.

Uphold the Truth

Freaky mafia dogs roaming the streets
The ravenous wolves that stalk me
My will is appeased and tongue is seized
They are many in number and I have lost control
I have lost the fight to save my soul
How many times I feel the pain and cried
How many times I am buried alive and died
I know I am being followed by scary cats
My smiles disappeared when I became a target of freaky rats
I write poems to help you discover another breath
I want to pen the truth before my death.

Uphold Moulds and Strongholds of Integrity

Honour packets and pockets of promises
Without any iota of excuses
If progress should become the portion
Blessed in action and implementation.

Honour realms and reams of reputation
With vigour and rigour
Applied to forestall a misrepresentation
Sneaking into any endeavor to reap favour.

Honour spoken and written words
Uttered and muttered in good faith
Without rattling swords and surds
Slipping through to take away strength and depth.

Honour inventories and instalments of integrity
In plans and in thoughts
Preaching serenity and intrepidity
In quotes and in votes of all sorts.

Uphold Our Spiritual Fervor

Uphold our spiritual fervor,
Unceasingly serving the Lord;
Even if it takes some sacrifices,
Gladly would we obey His word.

These days are in peril, we know,
Learn to choose right from wrong;
Though we are weak and lame,
God shall make us brave and strong.

This world is shadowed by dark,
As men are blinded by lies;
Proclaim the shining truth
To let them all open their eyes.

Let not the works of flesh
Prevail over our mind and heart;
While there's a chance, renew our life
So our hope and love won't fall apart.

Let's continue edifying our faith,
Let it not waver or wane,
Must we all not be halted
By neither sorrow nor great pain.

Don't delay and never stop;
Run fast to the finish line;
Swerve not or don't wiggle
To take the prize so divine.

As the day of salvation is soon to come,
Intensify our holy endeavor,
Keep on going till we breathe our last,
Uphold our spiritual fervor.
