"Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion" - Jim Rohn
You believe
you're much taller than
everyone else
when you're standing next to me
on your tippy toes.
It's no secret you weave
a glittering tapestry of lies
every so often,
yet you anoint yourself
as the arbiter of truth.
You still believe
that your reputation
is unimpeachable, despite
your litany of improprieties;
come back to reality!

Dearest,
I know we agreed
to practice stretching our compassion
to include those we actively loath,
and I have been trying
but...
Yes, I know,
it's difficult to out-trump Trump's
apparent toxicity,
with benign integrity
without appearing morally comatose
So,
what have you come up with?
maybe it could work for me as well
When my Republican friends
ask me for feedback,
which happens maybe...
...well, never
I go with
I have noticed that Mr. Trump's
emotional intelligence
and his generous talent for ignoring hypocrisy
are unimpeachable.
Which could mean
his lack of enlightenment
and his lack of integrity
are not, in and of themselves,
impeachable offenses
And it could mean
his sinister affective intelligence
and tenacity
remain unquestioned
by other self-righteous

Forgiveness feels like a lonely dance
What to do when drama’s veils go down
Hands must be dropped in repentance
To be free, only I can slip off this gown
Unforgiven I acted as an unimpeachable
I wore out the hands of others justified
Without palms, forgiveness is reachable
Empty scarlet letters is tossed aside
Forgiveness grants a place uninhabited
Two steps back, the next step is always new
By the grace of God I’m deemed talented
He turns the fullness of shame into dew
Forgiveness is a seed receiving the light
I resist trusting soil, water, and sun
The empty space above is where it’s right
Hiding dormant, nowhere for me to outrun
Forgiveness feels rawer than useless raging
No more a martyr's dance, just pure suffering

Dear Donald,
Some of us are wondering
Do your infinite powers to pardon
whomsoever thou shalt so desire,
include yourself?
Are you not only infallible,
like the Pope,
but also unimpeachable,
like God?
Just wondering,
waiting for your further divine enlightenment.
With warm regard,
The Village WitchHunter

Judgments are often made without
The benefit of facts.
They rarely ever look beneath
The surface of the acts.
While truth reflects the facts alone,
It sees into the soul.
It is the only thing that knows
Our motives and our goals.
Any verdict passed by the truth,
Will be what we deserve.
There is not a thought or action,
The truth does not observe.
And that’s the glaring difference
Between judgment and truth.
To find the logic in my words
One need not be a sleuth.
For truth is unimpeachable,
There's nothing to refute.
No detail escapes its notice,
No facts we can dispute.
The sins that we commit in life
Will always leave a scar.
If the truth makes you feel guilty...
Then you probably are.

There in the corner he was standing…
A handsome man with golden skin…
I gave him a come over look,
he just stood there…
Tried again, then he came over…
Come; take a spin, in my balloon I said…
I am a girl wanting to meet you,
for you look so tasty like cotton candy…
A sterling silver portrait,
of great stature, which you are…
You are the grooviest man,
I have ever seen in the world…
I know what I am talking about,
for I have impeccable taste…
Of course, if you need a few words,
to describe you, I would say;
faultless, flawless, perfect, unimpeachable,
immaculate, spotless, pure, clean and
untarnished…

A luminous sun steadily glaring
Becomes a phenomenal scene
Can blind the observer's eyes
Diffusing its light very quickly
Effulgent as a winter's moon
Fascinating as the calmest sea
Grand illusion of the unreachable Paradise
Herald of the unconquerable skies
Image of the painter's mind
Jocular clouds turning gold
Key West resembles a desert
Lambent dense buckwheat
Masterpiece of His handiwork
Nascent serenity exalted by bells
October's imminent farewell
Piercing the peace of a perfect morning
Quotidian prayer recited by the fisherman
Ravishing his sincere soul
Satisfying the unwavering belief
Tending to instill more faith
Unimpeachable as integrity
Veracious as Christ himself
Wayward as untamed wind
xenon turning to sweet aroma
Yellow bay guarded by black rocks
Zenith's color is tangerine not blue
