Imagination is Divinity's show
we see what is in store and stock, old or new
challenging problems from various viewpoints
non-linear timeless, moves directionless
concretises void contents self perceives pure
evidence of things unseen in moving realms
fountain spring of all new wisdoms from unknown
dust it off, open it up, ageless it is
a no cost preview of coming attractions
on expansive landscapes we project wishes
monotony becomes lucid excitement
here we wipe slates clean of misery, boredom
conceive what will be perfected colourful
not knowledge, therefore has elemental wings
lubricates creative manifestation
impacts possibilities, gives rise to will
intent, configuration, action results
holding evidence of vibrational prisms
peace tool for misqualified energies lost
imagination infinite crucial cued
foundation tool for human creation
unequalled gift given to humanity.

Glaring sun blinds me
Lilliput figure hastening
Optimizing invisibility
Disguised by grains of sand
Hitting my eye
Visual assault
All to scuttle sideways
Robes flailing
Vacuum vortex shimmering
Cleopatra screaming
Asp fang flashing
History repeating
So transforms the desert
Page after page
Of the book of mirages
Slow zoom out
Watching the pyramids
Hiding the truth
when we allow time to stop, a glimpse of eternity will appear.
A timeless infinity
Stretches in all directions...
Reaches high
But finds a ceiling,
Reaches low
But finds a floor --
This timelessness is only horizontal
It reaches for the goal
But dissolves it in water
Before it can be grounded
In a surreal place
Of touches and smells
But no sounds, no tastes, no visions...
If I am hearty, then forgive me,
For I do not belong here,
Far from the wind...
For senses, I prefer all the five,
Grounding me in a dun reality
That can always fit
Like an old pair of gloves.
There is no death but failure,
And there is no failure but death.
Whispers of Time
Beneath the moon, the night unfolds,
A story whispered, soft and bold.
In every shadow, in every light,
I see your face, so pure, so bright.
A touch, a glance, a knowing smile,
It feels as if we’ve walked this mile.
Through lifetimes past, we’ve crossed the skies,
Now here we are, with no disguise.
The stars align, the winds may sway,
But still, our hearts will find their way.
A dance of fate, a gentle rhyme,
A love that echoes through all time.
In every breath, in every sigh,
We find a bond that cannot die.
For though we’ve only just begun,
It feels as if we were always one.

Heart of brave
Courage circle, of friends not a kin
They become a wide shoulder when he wanted to lean
Their pure soul pour, overflowing happiness
Plenty of wild thoughts overwhelmed with tenderness
From back then until now
With timelessness, they filled his flaw
He was a lost boy founded again
Cleared shadows, serene his pain
They value his life, validate his oneness
Hoped him for a better day with a greater openness
Lucky, he felt number one to be loved by them
Greater than money greater than a fame
God gave an ocean of hope
Inside a muddy well, his friends become a rope
He shines, though engulfed by the wave
Just because of friends with the heart of a brave.

Hunger For Life
Desperation reason with destiny to depose inevitability and find utopian coast
Longevity is not an impervious spiritual armor weakened by an invasive ghost
Inculcated within thoughts are prognostications of inexorable advancing years
Endeavors defying the rules of gravity regrettably culminate in shedding tears
Polar winds menace leaves steadfastly clinging on as tainted skies appear dim
Beyond freezing horizons anonymous newly departed faces wander in tandem
Grey whales returned and blizzards withdrew except old towns are in disarray
Hunger for life contesting dreadfulness anticipate the dissolution of a blue day

Splendour Of The Seas
I am not the magic of the Sorcerer's scepter
I am the luminance of certainty
The truth in all, the element's nectar
Carbon - iron - oxygen
Helium - nitrogen - hydrogen
Cast to burn in life's timeless trilogy
I am, I was and will forever be
Fixed in the vastness of time and solitude
An endless void among an indefinable multitude
A blazing point of light to see
In the silent loneliness of space I wane and swell
The immortal icon of all that is and will be
The fire of life's burning legacy to dwell
As the flame of all eternity

My favorite family photo
Shows Dad canoeing
With my brother and sister
That’s how I remember him
Peaceful, at one with nature
In awe of the timelessness
At ease with the great outdoors
Just gliding through waves
Surrounded by sounds of emptiness
Of vastness cocooning us
In love with the serenity
Hovering fondly around us
That precious look in Dad’s eye
Can’t be misunderstood
It exudes of happiness
Of a heart bubbling over
Of harmony
Of wholeness
Of life
Of eternity

Six weeks have flown by
With many beautiful hours together.
This morn we sat under the awnings
Sipping hot frothy cappuccino
Watching the first monsoon showers
Overflowing from the potted flowers
Drenching my thirsty listless garden.
My octogenarian mother smiled
With moist eyes held my hand and
Chokingly whispered, ' I've never been
Pampered so much as in this break.
It's like revisiting my parental home!
My heart is here, free and happy,
But your dad's memories pull me back.
God willing I will return soon and
May my last breath be in your arms'.
She opens her prayer book,
Takes out a huge hundred rupee note
Folded neatly in its pages and tells me
That it is more than sixty years old.
A memory when she and dad had learnt
To live within limited resources.
The frame workers may find it strange
But I will be cradling the moment in a frame
Insinuating timeless love of mother-daughter

For Julia Ward
Contest-Cradling The Moment
My past already lived,
my unknown future is the only place to travel-
beyond paradoxes or predictions,
I could stand in a world beyond a human life span,
There to begin again, a quest for knowing.
New languages, new laws, new temptations
or delights.
I cannot say how I will travel there,
whether I step blindly into a parallel universe
or use velocity- based time dilation.
My imagination seems willing
but I feel stuck- in theories and Presentism.
How could there be any greater mysteries
or beauty to be discovered?
I think then of being childless.
Somehow dreams for some new Utopia
are cancelled and I
awake and sleeping
hold hands with solitude.

For Dave's Imagination Contest.
Trapped in a perfect world, what does time
mean? Wait, nothing is permanent in this
wicked world.
Stay or go. Which way did you decide?
Is that your hand reaching out to me,
Shall I grab your wrist; wait, this is fine.
The sweet scent of timelessness circles
over my head spinning me heedless.
Moods float keeping my goodness in
place; there, now I can see your face
floating on the canvas circled with a
brush in all the grand colors.
The thrush of ochre, gray and sand.
Tips of green highlight the tops of
trees sitting against a sky splashed
in blue hue.
I feel you there pulling my hand
spinning me around and around
through years of you and me,
burning candles from the heart,
aroma swerving through the soul.
We set apart, not going somewhere
flames burn to keep you a part of the
great mountain that only you could see.
I wake in scented timelessness every day.
