Take Out Poems | Examples

I will take out my notebook again

And try to look at the same Page,
Several times, Several times,
Reading the same lines again.
Even though my eyes might get blurry,
Even though my eyes might get distracted,
Even though my eyes might fall close,
Even though my eyes might tremble,
Even though my eyes might be dry,
Even though my eyes might be full od tears,
Even though my eyes might be bigger,
Even though my eyes might be smaller,
Even though my eyes might not quite see because of the night,
Even though my eyes might get blend by the light that shines through my window.

I still can use my brain and hands.
I will never feel the same anyways.

I open my notebook:
*Goals*
- defend
- be cold
- stay kind
- intervine when you feel do to So
- ignore, answer with smiles

My note book is silly.
Goal?
I crossed it out.
*representing myself*

I won't hold onto that.
But good I did the effort.
My parents than won't take my phone away again.

Take Out

Tom Cunningham says its not rash
For Russians to take out their trash
And the longer they wait
The more stink in their fate
But the buggers all want more cash!

Premium MemberI Take Out My Camera

shiny verdant water lilies
crowding each other in a frenzy
frog mob late to the party

tiny pink blossoms give a glimpse of promise
a hint of spring, a festive look,
A dressing up of the pond

life is happening.
enjoying the scene
I take out my camera

Yes I Would Like To Take Out Every Book Here Is My Library Card

Hi
its me
yeah i know i am dead
so i sent this letter instead
Okay ask me something i would only know
In the shadow of that church
in winters dip
warmth i never felt
Lost time or something else
Yes its me
Sorry for all the hurt
from when we met
until you end
these word
I can't tell you that
Your only allowed one word
They couldn't find it
I wouldn't compromise
The end of everything crumbled all around
but still i stood my ground
as darkness disappeared
Exasperated rules were revoked
One word to tell you how you made me feel
Those fools
All the time they took
their isn't one
i looked

“Take Out” means these things assorted
Food, dating, assassination and the garbage
Last two leave out
Others are fun no doubt
Assassination comes with a heavy fine imparted

 Take Out the Landry

Dirty laundry for years on the floor
finally the dirt is out the door
Quebec is cleaning house
separatists being laid to graves
like Napoleonic mouse's
bury their rhetoric too
twelve feet deep

Wrinkled ex leader with
no musket or balls
no lead, leaderless
man of poisoned dreams
nationalist and king of hate
trumpets play for his distaste
if your wool is not pure
you do not belong on his shore

Villain as Lucifer or Lucien
robbing the people of their future
all for his midget delusions
now to be inhumed
in his own dirt
he will of course blame
the Chinese laundry mat
who lost his ticket

He is not to be interred
in red rags
honor will shed not one tear
where is his Nazi flag?

Boxed at Notre Dame
the church like Vichy
honors dictators and their clan
funerals they all say nice things
still
they toss out the laundry
as Canada sings

Only Toronto thanks him
for the prosperity

It's Time To Take Out the Eraser (For Rub It Out Contest Sponsored By: Paula Swanson)

It’s Time to Take Out the Eraser

There once was a boy and his mom
They explored and had fun in their camper.
But the Everglades in June…mosquitoes!
It’s Time to take out the eraser!

There once was an avid fossil collector
Looking for shark's teeth without fear.
A great white swam near; she screamed…oh, dear –
It’s Time to take out the eraser!

There once was an innocent girl
She fell in love; but he was no bachelor –
So much for studying; “making her way in the world.”
It’s Time to take out the eraser!

There once was a young reckless driver
That used to be a video game winner.
He cut off a big wheeler in one-day…play?
It’s Time to take out the eraser!

There once were lovers strolling together.
Sweetly holding hands at the arbor.
Homing pigeons flew above…hundreds!
It’s Time to take out the eraser!

There once was a poet in a contest.
She wrote too many words…not a miser.
Readers of her poem did not laugh.
It’s Time to take out the eraser!
