Surd Poems | Examples

I want you to imagine something

that you can’t
my Brian itches sometimes
I’m youR Dr
You were dead
But now your alive alive
Lightning gasp my shadow
on the laboratory wall
It never got a name
Monster eternal
internal something more
Quasimodo face that looks as if he rings the bell with it dang dong
something wrong
200 trillion stars in a splinter
of a galaxy that still grows
Speed of darkness. As quick as
the………….L……………
M……………I………………

bulb is a weird word
I like surd as in absurd
Like surd’s with six packs
The s with sun glasses on as u and r flick him with towels d putting on sun screen as she sighs
It it just me but Hyde never invented the formula
that made him
What diary scared them all
You cards
Glad of the fairy paler
Who bit the first werewolf
I magine there was a first
and with each new wolf born grows stronger
like a psychic virus
Is a zombie covered in bandages also a mummy
Do you thinking being invisible would drive you
Mem……….insane…….brane.

Love Is the Thing With Fruits

By George P. Lumayag
https://georgelumayag.weebly.com/

Love is the thing with fruits
That nourishes in the hearts
And beats the drum with timing
And never stops beating.

And the fruits are tasted
And the seeds must be planted
That could show love is right
And that would have a bountiful harvest.

I've seen it in the widest farmland
But I've heard it at the mangrove shore
That the fruits were covered with surd
By the drum-beating harvest of a sincere hand.

Writing With Weeping Words

I pick up the pen
I begin to write
Why? is this pen wet
It's because I've been crying
My tears fell down my face
On to the pen and yet. . .
Also the paper got damp
Because I suddenly continued crying
And in all this
I'm writing with weeping words
NO family
No job, homeless
Yet still I try to obey the laws
But his world makes me crawl
I'm not amused at all
No shelter or home
So all alone
You look at me an stare
Do you want to come here
Hungry in despair
No one cares
Got this tattered note
Oh! did I ever mention
This is so up surd
I am writing with weeping words
Look at this two inch pencil
I just sit here and write bout my horrible life
While I'm eating this raw rice

Primal Magic

Surd and absurd are – at bottom – synonymous!
Absurd?
Yes, of course.
So are canny and uncanny.
Sub- can mean high or (be)low
Post- can mean Post- or Pre-!
Again, in Tamil, naatram once meant fragrance,
Now it's its opposite.

Antithetical meanings of primal words,
As noted by Freud,
And as endorsed by Bloom.
Maybe a linguistic universal for Chomsky,
Freeplay for Derrida,
Language games for Lyotard,
And a mystery for us!

Exception

New negative sooth
Showed a true reality
Which was the truth
Of living in this world ability
Behavior of person
Was judged with word
And thought worsen
Going to length and surd
 Also Breath of journey
And on covering the everyone
To please is not exactly possible turny
If someone failed to understand one
The thoughts of ambience
Then its a negative reality
The ideas of ambience fill
Has to be accepted ability
Otherwise one will action
Go into a category of exception.

Superman's Intention

She speaks Spanish,
I don't understand a word,
but she becomes irresistible,
luring me by a call surd.
I wish to make love to her,
while she whispers in Latin;
I will draw out all the honey
that Spain has begotten.
Let all the fair girls of the world
beware of my intention:
I will not let this age end
without our union.
