Premium MemberSky-High Bluebirds

Soaring bluebirds over a cloud
control over the vastness of the sky
Soaring joyfully and feeling proud
Sensing the breeze as they fly.

High under the canopy, out of sight.
Mother birds meet their babies in the nest.
They grasp the broad horizon light.
The tired planet badly needs rest.

Ringlets reverberate outwards, sky high.

Kaboom! Kaboom! The blazing reds and greens

quickly say hello...then fizzle goodbye.

Violet-tangerine — a sulfur scene.

Kaboom! Kaboom! The blazing reds and greens

spinning out like haloes and peacock plumes.

Violet-tangerine, a sulfur scene —

festive crowds cheer for the colorful blooms.

Spinning out like haloes and peacock plumes,

quickly say hello...then fizzle goodbye.

Festive crowds cheer for the colorful blooms.

Ringlets reverberate outwards, sky high.

Premium MemberSky High Silence

I hear no ambulances at night
            Secure sleep brings wishes accepted
            When the sirens are whinging
            Sanity slightly, briefly unhinging
            Silence bulges with restful respite
            Rural city living, sanctity protected

Chatter, coo, call of bird community
Bud eardrum with broken two way tune
            Tickle of pigeon scale evocative
            Constant chirps mosaic cooperative
Chime in with flight twit sweet carefree
            Siren counterpart halts song, confuses

I hear no ambulances at night
Tells me that little city sleeps as one
             Metropolis echoes layered havoc
             Rising pitch navigates dense traffic
             Granted nestled peace, place polite
             Midnight rest farewells sirens sung

             Comfort gained without the wonder
Will the police chase end in tragedy?
             Whinging sore implore of sirens
             Gradual damagable sanity expiring
Are you able to roughly number
Amount of sirens you heard today?

Hengleman Huggermuff wished he could fly
and gazed up longingly at the bright azure sky,
he got two feathers, tied them onto his arms
and attempted to fly in the fields and the farms

Alas poor Hengleman didn’t get off the ground
it was evident that he’s deemed to be earthbound
Every night in bed he dreamed that he could fly
when it did not come true he’d lie there and cry

He went to the Pollygawk and asked her advice
and if she helped him to fly he’d be in paradise
The Pollygawk asked all the birds and the bees
If they’d help Hengleman fly up past the trees

The bees produced honey to brush on his suit
whilst birds stuck on feathers, he looked very cute
Then the birds and bees towed him into the air
when he flapped his arms he flew with such flair

In his honeyed bird suit he glided in the jet stream
at last Hengleman’s finally fulfilled his one dream

Mince Meat Sky High Pie 2016-6

“This is gonna be good”
I'm gonna dice it
slice it
half it
whole it
fork it
knife it
and spoon feed it….
to myself

You may say
Oh drop it!
Stop it !
chop it
crop it
lop it
flop it
or hop it if you must!
Cause I really know how to beat it
break it
take it
fake it
forsake it
and make it
…completely annoying

But ….you can’t say I didn’t
minced it
rinse it
create it
debate it
relay it
and do it …my very own way

(Apologies -actual form is a question??? I think it isn't one. Muse written)

Sky High

Gospels in the mist of making news
With spirit agenda
Fading blues
Picking up lows
Making highs
Clapping of hands
Stomping of feet
What is this thing
Ridding defeat
Some say holy
Others holy what
You have to feel this thing
That's that

Sky High

I am running with the wind.
Catching up with my spirit again,
Until the destined end!
We are Sky High.
I tell you no lie.

I am chasing the Sun.
Side by side and having fun,
Until I am said and done!
It is Sky High.
I tell you no lie.

I am standing on the Moon.
Toe to toe smiling at high noon,
Until midnight comes too soon!
I am Sky High.
Until I die and that’s no lie!
