Workplace Woes

9 out of 10 women
At my company
Accused me of sexual harassment
And are suing me
And I’m being sued for discrimination
By plain Jane my 10th employee

It's a celebration of life,
It's a celebration of self,
An inner spirit and style,

Premium Member She Has a Hidey Hole

She has a hidey-hole in the workplace.
Sometimes we cannot find her for hours.
I found it accidentally once, but could not tell anyone
Because it was a rat’s nest and I never found my way back out.

Premium Member Waving to The Bus Driver

Waving to the bus driver

Coming on the bus. Door closing.
Journey. To my workplace. Get off.

I say thank you, and I wave to the driver
From the bottom of my heart

The driver waves back
The smile of driver is honest

Beautiful
This daily moment

Premium Member Evening

Evening

I am just sitting at the bar
alone in my workplace
Where are you my love?
Missing a guest to my life

Here is my drink
Only one glass
Where is yours?
Be my guest
Just take a sit
And give your love

Hmm
Finish break time
Finish my dream

Business As Usual

Our boss employed a receptionist
Whose beauty we could not compare
Double D cups woke up the knights
As pheromones surged through the air

Her chair is usually empty
Excepting this handwritten note:
"I have just stepped out for the male"
Exactly as written I quote

Woop Woop Days Off

As I step through and out of my workplace
door...

I yell to my collegues...

"CAN YOU SMELL THAT"!

..."thats the smell of freedom"! I reply

...see yah in two days...

I love my weekend...
My days off...

No Phones...No idiots!

My Time...Yeah Yeah

Woop Woop Days off

WATCHED WORLD

The world has become a
Watch, watch world
Cameras in the streetlights
The workplace, at the Malls
Inside the grocery stores and
Even in your homes thanks to
Smart TV's, smart phones and your home
Security system, satellites spying eyes
Are everywhere invading your
Privacy

Premium Member Vying For a Position

In life, you have to have a plan. It is a tough world out there for every woman and man. In the workplace, there is stiff competition. There are many vying for one coveted position. Take everything you can control in hand. With all the right moves, that position you will land.

America Singing

You hear the sweet melody of unity
The buzz and bustle of many songs at once
The movement of momentum in the workplace
The cry and laughter of the children
The whispers in everyone's ear flying throughout the school
These are the many different songs
We hear or sing from youth to aged
You hear the sweet melody of unity.

South of Eden

Divine so green and beautiful
Your beauty invigorated my soul
One look at you and I saw heaven
You're a green field south of Eden

So be strong amidst this storm
Let your fertile ground make the flowers bloom
What awaits you is the rising sun
With glittering rays that does not shun

Premium Member Hiding

It was fun I couldn't resist,
An adventurous trip by office guys,
And so I lied to my wife!

She would not try and understand,
Monotony at workplace we face in our life,
And so I lied to my wife !

Imagine I can't come out of the hiding,
Since to Malaysia by hijacked MIG I flied,
Friends and home, scared of the plight,
Just as I lied to my wife !

What's Good In Talent And Character

Talent has never just one face
Your self-discipline is needed
Your self-improvement also show
That you're also blessed by heaven
But you haven't noticed that
One Malaysian leader confess
I rather choose good character
Who will work for my country
Than has outstanding diploma
Who gallivanting in workplace
I stand in awe after knowing this.

Reflections: Midlife Crisis

P aranoia permeates, etching itself into your fractured face,
A cacophony of constant pressure; life remains a stressful race,
N othing to hope for, no positives like promotion in the workplace,
I nability to love, relationships lift anchor and set sail without chase,
C hildren crushing dreams under mortgages; age grows with disgrace

Premium Member At Work I Am the Minority

People are always squeaking about being the minority.
I am the minority at my workplace.
There are only three people here over sixty.
Me and two others.

Ninety percent of the staff is between 12 and 27.
Nine and a half percent of the others are between 28 and 51.
I am definitely the minority – invisible most of the time.
Unless someone wants something.

Premium Member Back To Normal

back to normal holds a hopeful ring —
presently, the ding spurs us into a boxing spar

our refuge - our home
    becomes a multipurpose cage

school, workplace, nursing station, cafeteria
     ailments scold, yes

we're principals, doctors too.
presently, the ding spurs us into a boxing spar

back to normal holds a hopeful ring
