She Elevates Humanity

~ More than Israel has kept the Sabbath
        The Sabbath has kept Israel ~

  She restores my sense of balance
    returns my sanity
  Lifts me high above the workplace
    elevates humanity

  Friday night two angels come 
    gliding through the door
  Behold! Sabbath lights kindled 
    ~ the world's at peace once more
