My love brings me.......
Flowers in spring and summer
crisp apples in the fall;
warmth in the wintertime,
most loving gift of all.
'Tis near the end of year again
I saw honking geese in outbound skein,
Off, away to warmer climes
No lovers they, of wintertime.

The roofs and trees are glistening white.

It's wintertime again.
In little Michigan.
The eighty-foot pines
are swayed by the wind.
A clipper brings cold.
And drives more snow.
Here in little Michigan.
Our Winter Wonder Land.

Chinese Freestyle Poem
To be a crane upon a mountainside
Would be a fine, indeed.
To be lapis-lazuli
Would also be noble.
Somehow the wind blowing in Wintertime
Makes one long for lonely places.
Steel blue sky
Sun glaring down
From a cloudless sky
Baking all things
Metal brands skin
Hot wind blows
Dust up in the air
Sweat rivers down
Thoughts of sweet wintertime abound.

My love, I will give
You flowers in the wintertime
Some snowballs in the summertime
I will turn the world
Upside down to make you happy
And will be there for you always

What a wonderful time of year, families getting together, little children getting ready for santa and his reindeer. Snow falling on the ground, so peaceful not a sound. The moon shining on the fresh snow looking so magical.
Stormy, showery, windy
Freezing evening
Wintertime, timber
Leaved forest, pointed pines old
A forlorn dog
With thoughts in its head
Growls at eared, sleepy owl
Who rises from cursed bed
Without a pause
Turned and fled
Freezing wintertime
A wee red impish kitten
Asleep in a warm box
