glistening fluffy snow banks
they make me hungry
marshmallow white bright
cotton balls and pillow foam
good enough to eat
Softer than fresco snow silently slide
Newness reigns supreme as baby's breath
One and all in awe we do look up

What a winter wonderland!
Snowflakes just fall in my hand!
All's white! What a treat!
But how wet my feet!
Both boot soles broken -unplanned!
Snuggled and hunkered down in winter clothes
Nestled warm in a winter wonderland
Only parts in sight are their eyes and nose
Wee ones out to play who can barely stand
Got my cozy woolen sweater on today
So cozy on a cold winter's night on a sleigh
Long ago that was my thing
But now my bod's in a sling
But the memories of those days linger on to this day
A couple got married in the Winter Wonderland
For the reception they hired a mariachi band
They danced a Spanish jig,
Then left in a borrowed rig
Stiffing the poor caterer because the food was bland.

Winter Wonderland
Winter wonderland, white
icing on brown cake, mister
nor’easter’s icy breath, snow-
tires spin helplessly, caught in
eider down drifts, I would
rather be in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!
just like that can love go away
down the hill in a sleigh
the heart turns into a wonderful winter wonderland
at the same time i feel worth only a cent
like a loner at Christmas
like Jesus at the cross
but at least I'm free and don't have a boss

snowfall slowly dusting my
view.
Softly falling flakes
upon my face, softly fallen
flakes covering the whole
place.
A pure white landscape,
muddy ground cannot be found.
A pure white landscape, lets make
our escape amidst a winter
wonderland.

Snow falls like a bundle of feathers,
Gently and lightly in silence.
But when snow lands on bare skin,
it feels as cold as stepping
into a freezing shower.
Icicles sparkle like diamonds
above people's heads
and when the wind blows,
it sounds like birds whistling.

What a panoramic view
up the mountainside
it’s all lit up
a winter wonderland
