Strange Rhyme
And will wonders soon cease, fade as thieves in the night
hidden, dark is a cover from moon's garish light
So all roads lead to one single moment in time,
and a heart soon will weep, fill with sad sweet strange rhyme...

May we be blessed to acknowledge all the wonders in our life
that have, for us, thus far accrued…
and to begin each day with a word of thanks…
and thoughts of gratitude.

Today I’m thankful for nature…
may her wonders never cease…
for it is widely understood….
that…out in nature
is where we can find
our inner peace...

Dreamland
Dreamland

Walk with me in the land of dreams
     walk with me in peace

Where the grass is green, the sky is blue
     where wonders never cease

Hand in hand we'll explore this place

The Word
I was born in Utah
Not in a state of Sin
but preachers were insistent
Sin was the State I'm in

I lay down exhausted
From hearing what they said
And I thank God Almighty
They can rest assured I'm dead

I know that they will follow me
(After a little more sin)
But Jesus has informed me
Saint Peter won't let them in

Up here the wind is silent
As is the Prince of Peace
And now at last I hear "The Word"
May wonders never cease!...

Fruit of the Pen
My underwear is Fruit of the Loom
You're welcome for that mental sight
Anyway, I thought that seemed poetic
To me then, fruit of the pen seems right

What fruit juice then, spurts from my pen
You might just hesitate to think
Juice that could be sweet or downbeat
That flies but then falls in the sink

But whether my dribble is a scribble
Or a comparative master piece
Most of the time I find a rhyme
And wonder if wonders never cease!...
