If we be still, joy will arise,
then with nothing there to apprise,
distanced from thoughts of loss or gain,
we dance carefree in the bliss rain,
moment by moment in stillness,
marking the path to soul’s wellness.
let our suggestion
be not an imposition
but only an offering
view point proffering
in utmost gentleness
to promote wellness
inducing love to spurt
seeking not to convert
eye nonjudgmental
mindful touch gentle
A youthful dream is an old man's endeavor
Fading weaking health and wellness
an old man's youthful body full of vigor it dreams.

Heart & head align
As we divine entwined

The exuberance of the day soaks in gradually
Feeling of wellness permeates my soul
All is great, wonderful maybe.
I am delighted to relax into luxurious trust
It is a regular Thursday
But a cosmic shift is making me aware
of all things good.
