Cold
Cold hangs,
Like a smug heavy curtain,
The sun struggles to lift it,
The effort of people to beat it,
Invisible power of cold,
On feet,
On noses,
On hands,
Tingling,
Unrecoverable,
Nuisance,
Passing through people like ghosts,
Leaving shivers of chill...

Days Kiss Him Bye
A joyful grandfather I have
he tells tales, sagas, epics
sings song of youth and dances
in joyful rhythm he wriggles
he wishes to rewind backward
the traditional clock
but it is mission impossible
days kiss him bye and bye
every day every moment
is a bye gone matter
unrecoverable...

Listen to poem:
and in an instant
unrecoverable
i heard

realized how a queen turned into a slave
And loved me as i wanted to be,
I realized how sweet essence turned into healer
And healed my wounds of heart which were unrecoverable,
I realized how our last bench conversation turned into love
And made me feel love again....

2020
The sands are running out
falling just outside our grasp
seemingly out of reach,
distant and taunting as they pass.
Closing our eyes we mockingly mourn
these last whimpers of time's fleeting
unrecoverable stolen moments.
Woefully beseeching a fickle god
for relief of our doubts, our fears,
our unanswerable questions
and unanswered prayers.
The grains of life ebb away
uncounted, seeping through
the groping fingers of now.
