Created from a single rib, to complete its creation and her body covers all of humanity yet her seed gets covered with soil.
Her gifts are many but many forget, only blooming with love and fully uncovers through character.

Dawn

The enemy crouches
In the night
To kill, steal and destroy
When the morn awakes
The sun uncovers
The wicked deeds
The farmer rises
To admire in horror
The painting of white-wash
Decorated to each crop
By the enemy at night

Reverse

"Reverse"
by: Eric L. Boddie

Zeal yields Xeroxed writes
Vanity uncovers tortured sights
Relevant questions produce obsessed needs
Maybe Love kindly justifies, indeed
He, God's Favorite Entity
Does Carry Beloved Affinity

Red Rum

It talks.
It whispers.
It cries out loud.
It tells secret tales.
It speaks of dark acts.
It reveals silent tears.
It uncovers the arms.
It displays events.
It exhibits truth.
It uncovers.
It rests.

It seeps in the earth
By the hands of its culprits
From broken bottles.

The Tragic Spiral

Torrential complex emotions--

...uncovers honestys brutal
annihilation of cynics choking
on their confidence.

Ebbing pools of distrust
just got deeper.

The tragic spiral--

of stagnant imaginations,
of dank and diluted interaction.

Effect a cause,
expose the change...

Premium Member Why So Serious

Layer by layer
Falls aside delusion
Divine uncovers
Illusion in meditation

All we do is allow
Without any judgment
Orientation mellow
Flowing in contentment

The seeker seeking
Is our identity in disguise
Innocence celebrating
Both playful as also wise

Awakening

Let me see the miracle every forenoon,
Your dark hair turning slowly into gold
While the lark expels the night’s gloom,
The unseen goldsmith in his stronghold
uncovers you slowly with his sharp beam,
as fleeting words refresh the last dream.

When sleep is away, do you also greet
The day while our eyes open and meet?

Building,
deepening the colors;
Dreams embrace lingering;
Break of day uncovers
desires of the willing;

Beguiled,
bathing in the sunrise;
Washed in spun gold I smile,
anticipation flies;
It hungers for a while;

Backup,
sunshine and a soft breeze;
Sipping slow from your cup
flying on a trapeze;
Be gentle, pick me up.

Under Disbelief

Under a rainbow lies darkness… Below the colors, spilled forgiveness… A bird in a box whose wings are silenced… Etched on a wall is pure defiance… Innocence invaded by fear and disbelief… A torn smile uncovers grief… Squinting eyes slowly close and sleep… As tears dry and darkness creeps…
inspired by the movie "The Raven"

My Best Friend

You cleanse my soul with your unspoken words
You are the blood that keeps my heart beating
You are the air that fills my lunges so I can breathe
You are the food that feeds my soul
You are my eyes so that I can see
You are my ears that hear unspoken words
You are the truth that uncovers lies
Your beauty is in my hands so others can see
You are my Poetry!

Calm After Storm

Capacious, my heart
brimming fervid with emotion
voluminous as the sea

Waves of passion pitching turmoil
in tumultuous storm
launching forward in acrimony

Torn is my emotion
as the torrid winds are blowing
which way am I going?
ever ebbing and flowing
until once again
even and calm

Sound of surf overlapping
white froth on sand slapping
low tide uncovers me

I Love the Scottish Nights

I love the Scottish nights
Where the cold nuzzles
face and soul
Not silence in its deadest form
But in murmuring demise
An an an echoed lovers small talk
A revving engine rainbows overhead
An breath hangs in cold cut
A mist mirror that uncovers
ethereal truth
Soft the night
blur the light
I love the Scottish nights
Soft the nights
blur the lights
I love the Scottish night

Premium Member The Painting of Desire

I view the art you so vividly display
I am moved in the most sensual of ways

You set me to dream of passions edge
The caress of your promise so lovingly pledged

I gaze at the art and dream of the lover
Wishing only we could be uncovers

Such spiritually erotic whims you do thread
I confess I will soon forget all poetry read

I will embrace the poetess and take her to my bed

Premium Member Keeping God-search simple

Listen to poem:
The estranged mirror
is denied

The eye has no need
to watch itself
seeing

The hand feels
before
fingers probe

The sky
flies via the bird

The shore uncovers
the tide

The sea peers
through me

The leaf
borrows the breeze

The ring dispels
its bell

Time beats
hearts to
the throb

Stillness
simply is

Awareness
is within-ness
shared
spontaneously

Perception

What appears to the eye
uncovers the soul
with infinite truths
of both light and black

Hearts cling too dearly
to their perished flames
Sailing wept waters
that stream slowly aback.

We live and die as one
fruit of prized passions
that bind and blind us
on some grander scale

Questions soar through seasons
Obscure, unanswered
Shielding the secrets
only love should unveil.

Premium Member -A Little Bit Of Loveliness

A little bit of loveliness

Goes a long way

It can change a mood

Or make a day

A little bit of loveliness

Comes in all shapes and forms

It is not a cure or solution

Simply calms a mind and a heart it warms

So treat yourself to a little bit of loveliness

Impart or share with another

Feel its uplifting strength

And the simple joy it uncovers

Match

A
rapid
glow that
dances lower
as the night
grows old
and flesh
uncovers
flesh.

Your
wick's
end
is
where
my
fire
begins
to
dance
brightly.
I
melt
you
with
my
radiating
heat.
Smother
my
flames
out
with
your
special
touch
or
I'll
burn
down
your
house
of
pain.

It's supposed to be a match. But it doesn't look as good as it does on the site where I
created it.

A Melting Winter

Once every winter as spring, approaches you hear the wintery snow melt,
as it drips off the buildings,
just as you're walking,
down the sidewalk you hear the watery drip, drops,
falling, falling, to the
cement or on the snowy,
cold grass, melting, melting,
snow uncovers the grassyness underneath,
as you walk by you'll
see the fresh,
new grass apear, as the
flowers pop out and
they bloom as a beauty of
nature.

Reality

Bitterness sufficiently in my soul
Lack of tolerance for ignorance, and ineptitude
Self-centered in nature uncovers hidden ulterior motives
A sad reality for the world
Lack of trust
Lack of Honesty
Lack of Genuine kindness
How do we survive?
Should we have faith when deception and misrepresentation are everywhere?
Can we overcome doubt and disbelief in the human race?
Without a glimmer of hopefulness
Who knows what the future will bring?

Premium Member What We See

The moon need not apologize for phases,
No sense of guilt even abstract assume --
It’s the human heart alone that falsely
Translates, shades and uncovers wrongly.

Seas can bear witness, 3rd eye peering
Through filtered wave. The pond alike
Shallow, no retractions necessary for glossing
Over depths.

We should Not look too closely
At one another, for often the surface is no
Cover-up but what simply rises to the
Top, given Time the Universal purifier.

Golden Harp

Scrub your mind and make webs your harp,
Pluck them with your ivory fingers, they smart;
Raindrops from the ribbons of blue, sparkle the day,
Melody unmuffled, birds tuned in, take heart.

Pain drenched in rain, turns sedate, only harp
A queen's treasured bait for the abstruse lovers;
I am your angel you can say with pride,
As golden harp, the woven fate, uncovers.
