You've got me tripping on my tongue,
I think it's time I'm heading South.
A rough journey I fear will be,
With foot placed firmly in my mouth.

The faint strain of the pipes in dreams
Sailing o’er the Solway’s foam
And the laughter in her tripping streams
From the Campsie Fells draw me home.
