or the booming chest
but through broken wings
whispers of ruined things
crushed
into a wordless tongue

here is a sparrow corpse
this is his poetry
catacombs of grubs
a wing bent stiffly up
the other
pounded into utterance
spirit riddled by flesh
blown through
a blare of broken lungs
not salted
on the suds of speech

but in the ruined breath
of a shattered prayer...

under aggression.                  
I ask you to make a choice
between I and inventing yourself.

I will not abandon the tree:
the animal, renunciation.
The belief and emptiness
will find symbols of foreverness.

Ephemeral colors;
Leaves will fall one day.
Someone was translating
the text of confidence.

One day,
the miracle shakes the cosmos
sap climbs up in darkness.

Translating some sentences a day 
I see words of sorrow 
roll on paper, 
feel my mustache 
and hair hesitate to grow, 
and fail to grasp months and days. 

Translating some sentences a day
I see the ink 
print deeply the sorrow, 
scattering on paper 
my millions of lifetimes in exile.  

Translating some sentences a day, 
I see my hand
hold the pen erratically, 
feel the pain arise 
from liver and guts, 
and let words of sorrow freeze my fingers.
