Pull the shades
Dim the lights
Hear the snores
No response
Just the crickets
My art dulls you?
It's my therapy
Smiling with joy is
the best therapy for
do not grow aged ... there ones
who uses ancient ways,
as melancholy cream ...
Playing with a phrase
let your feelings run freely;
Heart flowing to prose
painting with each emotion;
Poetry is therapy.
Skin therapy couldn’t materialize
Consequently leaving behind a blemish
An injury that is permanent
Resting deathlessly on me
My lyrics are my therapy,
from a real world that scares me,
from a real world that's carefree
from a real world that needed me.
Form:
If you're not good be prolific
the girls will think you're terrific
Said Dr. Ruth
It is the truth
She couldn't be more specific
My child has no toys
They were all made in China
And broke in one day
My child is in therapy
All his life
And has been divorced twice
Form:
A plain ole nutcase
Is that what I am now called
Therapy I go
Without weary bone inside
Though with handful of pecans
Russell Sivey
Forging steel in the fire of strong pain
Unlocks a powerful force
Making you more stronger

Psychiatry is...oh so tough
Yes, the clients bring...much rough stuff
Now for some good form
Deviate from the norm
And do therapy in the buff!
I
Science may mock faith; it may be the best therapy
II
Faith is best currency - plus pilot unique!
III
Faith can feast on God amidst famine
Lovely garden giving me delight
Sprinkled with vegetables, flowers too
Dirt therapy digging with all my might.
Monarch butterflies join me, robin’s coo.
When nostalgia
accumulates, I carry her
to therapy session...
For what to sing
with all emotion
to purge the soul...
I accompany her
on my guitar... !
competing without terror or war - no therapy needed
NOTE: I was thinking marine life, even extreme environments: animals don't need therapists. Why?
grandma’s life had been difficult
her saving grace was the path to the beach
I took it in her honor today
my soul felt revived
and I recognized its therapy
Have a blessed birthday, dear Mie,
Brisk walk is a nice exercise;
Writing is a good therapy,
Either long or brief and concise.
Topic: Birthday of Mie Rodolfo (March 31)
As blue cornflowers decorate each field giving hope in July.
Kings learn many new opportunities; probing questions;
real self-therapy; unblemished veracity with Xyris yearly zest.
Jane brought her therapy cow on the plane
Which drove fellow passengers quite insane
They lit the cow's farts
But Bessie took heart
Her perfume made her diSTINCtively vain
i love your embrace
your arms soothe my stressed pieces ...
please scratch my back some
cuddling is pure joy
your touch is my therapy ...
your feet are so cold
"You Need Help!" they say to me constantly,
and so I agree to begin attending therapy,
but I never go. I have given up.
I know that there's no cure or treatment
for my kind of "messed up".
My wife was once a school bus driver
Brave lady she's still in therapy, a survivor
It's quite a sad tale
At times gets derailed
Aims at kiddies with words I can't decipher
The best part of crazy is the coffee
Every psych ward and therapy office
Comes equipped with the best.
When things fall apart there are little fixes:
Black coffee.
Cigarettes.
Psych Ward.
Sun is my therapy each day when I rise
Enjoy a happy spirit with nothing but blue skies
The way it should be
A craving to be free
Am blessed to have lived this life of highs
A lim'rick a day keeps head doctors away
It's therapy for the brain, quite needless to say
That surely is true
Don't know about you
But it's how I stay afloat, day after day
There are so many groups
Holding different keys to awareness,
Enlightenment,
Reality, understanding
And truth,
Perhaps, jailor-like, I should collect them,
Yet I have my own set of lock picks.
