Sweep

Countrymen take stand
Hard to broom from where they land
Gritty like course sand

Sweep Stake

Floridians love a palm tree
With fronds as pretty as can be
Along came Ian
Blowin' and peein'
And now there's nothing else to see

Use Broom To Sweep Away Doom

Use Broom to Sweep Away Doom

What we did do with a straw broom,
Would be to sweep away our doom,
Which existed,
And persisted,
That was spread all over the room.

Sweep Soft Snowflakes

She said: ‘Sweep soft snowflakes this sunny Sunday -
Synthetic sleet, you see, from Slava’s Snow Show!’

My wife and mother managed to read it slowly.

(About my day at work for Gwendolen's contest)

Trump Authority Would Sweep

Trump Authority Would Sweep

This is what MSNBC was saying.

While at night we were sound asleep,
Trump gave authority that did sweep;
Small hand;
Face tanned;
No wonder people call him a creep.

Sweep the Mind

sweep the mind
of memories
brush those
memories under
the rug
clear the mind
of all evidence
of their existence
lock the door
where those
memories reside
never reopen that
door ever again
keep it shut tight

My Heart He Did Sweep

Last night I tried to sleep
but all I could do was weep.

Then someone began to sweep
so nothing would ever seep.

Last night I did weep
because my heart GOD did sweep.

At night I now can sleep
because nothing can ever seep.

Don'T Let My Ego Sweep You Away

I'm touching your cold cheeks under warm sheets,
trying to make feel the heat that speed up heartbeats;
you are awake, but don't respond...your silence worries me, dear
" No other winter night is like this one, " I whisper in your ear.

Depletion Sweep

LOVE RIDDEN
I SWALLOW
MY DIGNITY
FADE INTO THE CORNER
MAKE MY WAY
AROUND THE CIRCLE
A CAROUSEL OF REGRETS
FACE THE MUSIC
I'M BLINDED
BY YOUR CHARM
IN LOVE WITH LOVE
HOPEFUL
BUT I'VE HEEDED NOTHING
LOST IN YOUR EYES
I FELL INTO THE DEEP END.

A Chimney Sweep

high above an early fog
atop the township’s home and shop
stepping warily over the eve

a cough from a smokestack choking
sooty steadfast grip to the bricks
and a winter’s worth to clear

following after the sun
black hand prints, the only signs
of a lonely climb

Words Sweetly Sweep

My Words sweetly sweep.
across her ear lobes.
into her canals beating against
Her tightly stretched drums
to lingering memories
of past pleasures
beyond any treasures
and never any successors
for my words are the sweetest
and the deepest that enters her canals.

Genial gold bullions of first blush town verve,
cobalt blue ingots in sky,
“rain” pavement dweller thrill

Green bus shelter cameos cordial,
sprinkle the air with glad quips,
tween the spilt coffee gulp

billowing cloud of zingy zone babble,
dispersed in hazy gallop,
yet wisps unfeigned linger

Finger Tip Sweep

I can pull out your heart.
Then if I wish I could put it back in.
Then mend your skin with love because I am a man.

It’s a two way street the lying and cheating.
Then honesty comes - then learnt eventually wrong most always win.
A soul bouncing on fingertips needs time to heal and grow.

The pain, gain, agony, blindly - deceit

The love people spare just not to be alone - the unknown fingertip sweep.

Sweep

Hello and handshakes,
now old hat,
that brief hello,
wiggling through teeth.....

a stiff aura
still making breakfast,
news blabbing
from the old TV,

touching is only
on a big screen,
a carbon copy
of middle aged parents,

tequila on Friday
the bright spot,
like sunshine
on a
wrinkled countenance,

gazing right through each other,
the big mirror,
a comfort zone,
waiting
for one or the other
to push out
first.

Cleaning Up My Spirit, I Am Using My Jesus Sweep

Cleaning up my spirit; I am using my Jesus Sweep. Letting go all these evil spirits because they are too heavy to keep. Hanging on to a thin thread as I look up high, surrounded by God’s love as I climb up the sky and fly. Cleaning up my spirit, as I look inside. Praising our Lord Jesus Christ for he has been crucified. I am continually doing God’s will for we shall not lie, cheat and steal. When judgment day comes, I am a child of God and forever sealed.
