Sharing loneliness
On a boat in a stale pond
We keep throwing rocks
To imitate the great seas
Too cowardly to explore
i must say
every day
your on my mind

AM STUCK ON YOU

In the chimney Santa was stuck
And was all covered with muck
He screamed for help

Poor Santa just started to cluck
Santa got stuck up the chimney,
He’s put on so much weight this year,
Cos lockdown stopped his reindeer sprees,
So too much cake and beer!

So in saying
That I’m stuck
Is it my life
Run amuck
Or is it deeper
Something languid
Like a sleeper
Could I be heard
Blasting sounds
And just one word
Been so wrapped up in my own world
I never seen until it was all over;
It wasn't just my world that was on my shoulders.
But now I know just how it all goes.

My truck is stuck in the mud.
It bottomed out with a thud.
So here I sit,
Pitching a fit,
This trip was surely a dud!
Right now its not going too good
Been drinking a lot as not I should
But its been clear weather
So much for the better
But in this malaise
Of aching haze
I am stuck
Here
