O Raintree of Steel
Your glass tower mirrors
Dry grass on bare hills
Do your roots reach into earth
To bring water for my thirst?
Fear presses, cold steel
Constricting thought, killing love.
Freedom paralysed.

Cold iron steel
In the darkest nights
Hate permeates
Shut up!
Dreams can be created
In the deepest realms

These needle to be caught,
Nazi nastiness only prolong pain,
Where is a room of four computers,
Four people who speak german,
Who never sleep,
Form:
Built with rusted steel
Steel mined by the workers’ hands
Faceless above crowds
An angel not from the blue
But built with man’s blood and hope
Steady and stealth are
NASA’s sleek steel ships,
their bright brazen tail lights
trail baby blue skies
as they climb cliffs of rugged cloud banks

Leather haberdashery, leather holster,
Blue steel, steady hands
Nerves controlled,
eye on the mark,
Squeeze, slow and steady,
Eruption and bullseye.
Edward is a forest of a man and a river parting into steel.
And he will never love me, until the wind blows blue
Or ocean tides have melted sand - into iron soot.
Of COURSE I am not in the least insecure
My selfish-image? You bet, peerless and pure
Negative thoughts I avoid
Paranoia? Null and void
But you were talking and pointing I am sure…

IRON, SMOKE and STEEL
A heart outlined in steel.
Designed just so i'll never feel.
It's way too late to get off this ride.
There's no one in which I can confide.
Falling down.
The screams like thunder.
Into lost dreams and lies I plunder.
Their insults are all designed to make you feel frail.
Rude quips display how they all feel about themselves.
Give a sincere compliment, they tell you off to hell.
I see many adults acting as if they are still twelve.
steel pointed angel made of knives
epitome of juxtaposition
shiny, beautiful, glitzy, welcoming
also crass, sharp, frightening, dangerous
what mind thought to build her?
she shows both sides of every woman
scary really

I echo your curves,
fluids push into every corner.
You hold,
your stance, immaculate.
I am cocooned in your harmony,
your stability.
You flatter me.
I fill you with the highest of energy,
we revel in our chambers of combustion.
We are not fossils yet.

Logic is a steel horse who never brays
And can tell you not of the days
You lie in wait and feel its cry
Of another century that you die
Lovers lick the silken threads
And care not if they’re live or dead
For they know that they will
Love again, in the meadow that never ends
How good to see you,
Mon Ami.
At last me meet,
You and me.
Pull out your saber
Sharp and slender
Prepare to duel
May our hits not be tender
You coat is wet, I bid
Bonsoir
Good bye you fiend,
Au Revoir.
Your blade is clean,
Mine is not
All is seen
My blood’s still hot.
We break the cage and rise so high,
With wings of steel, we touch the sky.
Pouring gold in the rain, we soar,
Chasing dreams forevermore.
We shatter the cage, then rise and glide,
With wings of steel, in the storm we ride.
Gold in the rain, we leave behind,
Chasing dreams that dare unwind.
A weak worm hatched
From an egg that is fragile
Trying to survive the world
Full of predators and guile
Romanticsm has been just an instrument
To be confined in the ego
And a faint serfage
On behalf of love upon herself
So she claims herself
No longer merely a companion
Metamorphosed as time goes by
A mild steel butterfly

My pastime consists of playing cards
I'm on deck with Hearts, Spades and Gin
But my ship sails with poker
For fifty years, I played
From school days to now
I've had a hand
A steel face
A seat
Saved
While the sun was sleeping
he laid the guitar on his knee
in the darkness strumming
love can be so lonely.
Tears falling from his heart
upon the steel strings
echoing through an empty house
so sadly did they ring.
All alone he played
a memory of a melody
imagining her smile
while she quietly listened
love can be so lonely.
Form:
Caught in the shadow of rust and steel.
I've forgotten my pain but can't seem to feel.
The ground is cold and swallows me whole.
The sun has gone away and taken my soul.
I look to the past and hunt for the light.
The wind rushes by and kills me with its bite.
The gray and sorrow are too much to take and the person I've become is too hard to fake.
To be in the red is a glorious feeling,
If fleeting, I have my moment of victory
Numbers where less is more and red,
Red, RED flows like liquid love
Ever so pleasing to mine eyes.
Practice, practice everyday
All my practice has not been in vain
Joy, Joy, JOY for the victor
Driven to suceed, through the
Explosion, gray smoke and gun powder
