The Big Halloween Sulk
The shadow sulked in a puddle of drool,
Dribbling, it bawled out its eyes on a stool,
Hot chocolate with tears,
Starbursts and gummy bears,
It’s hard to devour sweets when you’re a ghoul.

Princely Pony
On the back of her pony
the universe lay
comets and starbursts above
periwinkles below spreading love
O, princely pinto
you're all I need

Kiss the Sky
Sky
encompassing protective
dome
Light
shifting shades of daily
change
Dark
starbursts disembark with
moon
God
in grandeur reigns above
veil
We
remain fallen on bent
knee
Praise
kissing heaven in humble
poem

Breathe Taking Heaven Views-
The promises of blue in the skies;
The burnt resin in your eyes;
Like emeralds shining;
So inviting;
In awe I will try;
To witness the creation vibes;
Caressing night;
Gauthered monolights;
Starbursts in the skies;
Mesmerized Breathe Taking Heaven views--=

Starry Eyed (A Decastitch)
Honest to goodness golden stars-
Embedded in my Baby's eyes;
Flecks of bronze on fields of green.
Lordy! how they mesmerize.
Mischief filled; slight hints of sorrow and;
Several shades of wisdom.
PromisesOf wonderful, wicked , sweet surprise.
She had me hooked
The first time I gazed upon-
Golden starbursts, In Baby's eyes....

I do not know?
Claytonia
Claytonia
How God ignited the living continuum
No mind can fathom; neither therefrom,
How we sparked to flame.
Yet, some Sparks must beget Starbursts
Not Stars; Ephemerals, in their fleeting bursts,
Are needed not less than Oaks.
I kneel in prayer to lift up her small light
Against the dark, not to morn what might,
But illuminate the birthright of the briefest life.

Starbursts
I looked up to the moon this eve,
And in my heart I did receive;
A miracle, a sweet surprise,
Your love on moonbeams came alive.
Then as the stars danced to burst,
Sweet kisses fell onto the earth;
I gathered every one to save,
And placed them in my heart to stay.
Now when I look up to night skies,
The moon, the stars reflect your eyes;
They fill my heart with love so deep,
I burst with stardust ever sweet....

Charm of Nature
CHARM OF NATURE
With airbrush Sun rays colour sky to glow.
Spangles of stars adorn charcoal night sky.
Dusts of starbursts sprinkled in cosmic flow.
Silhouettes on Milky Way freely fly.
Air, Water, Land make splendid ambient.
Rigid matter: Flourished flora - creatures.
Evolution : Life never salient.
Nurture majestic Nature for future.

A Random Thought
A random thought, strange lines are drawn
Starbursts exploding in the brain
Parallel pathways amp the gain
From small to shrimp, from shrimp to prawns
Tangentially, another dawns
Möbius-like, it loops again,
a random thought.
Eternal Now, it is explained,
sees ere I was till long past gone.
Now that’s a thought to linger on…
So did I now just entertain
a random thought?

Sweet '16
We're the class of sweet '16! We're not tender vittles... we're Skittles! We're shooting Starbursts, reaching for the Milky Way. We aren't always Nerds-- we can be Airheads, too! :) We're on top of the world, even if we get the occasional Snickers! We may have to Crunch down on time once in a while, but you don't have to be the Three Musketeers to have Mounds of fun and Almond Joy! We do get the Snickers sometimes, huh?

In the Wonder
sitting and breathing,
I am again
in the wonder
there are fissures
in my night sky
I see a skerrick
of heaven
flaming stones
happen through
etching minutes
on small hours
starbursts course
onto the Milky Way,
snow in space and
angel dust in my eye
pieces of humanity
drift in the iris
overawed,
breathing stops
in the incredible
astonishment
of existence
and the favour
of life
I respire
once more...

Once We Were Ii
Cherished lovers ...
only in a magical mesmerizing moment
coloring passion remembered.
Passion ... someone's perfume perhaps or,
a desire for chocolate fudged to ebony.
Sweethearts embrace
held in pre-alzheimer snapses ... cuddling.
Such a pity, or perhaps ...
a blessing? Why swoon or sway in the silence?
Just rest in a sweetness
of simmered leftovers
embracing this soul that knows
mountaintop peaks,
starbursts of ectasy
forever and always....

Flowering Beauty Grows Amongst Thorns
Rose petals blossoming out from the heart softly silk
starbursts brightly sitting a regal flower kissed
By loving sunshine sweet glowing beauty dances
your delicate curling petals so beautiful
Like a butterfly's wings fluttering eyelids mist
engaged upon a glance sweet fragrance whispered dew
Embalmed by the perfume of such treasure found gift
it is here that an arrow of gold strikes home dear
sweet velvet corolla crumples fragile breathless...

What A Brutal Sun That Assaults The Cliffs
What a brutal sun that assaults the cliffs
Where cacti and mescals dare to abide!
Here and there, dozens of petroglyphs
Decorating the canyon may be espied.
In large nesting circles neatly drawn
In evaporating wisps and bold squares
In a sun to give thanks for every dawn
In little starbursts and stick figures
In a deer, in an eagle looking strong
In a war scene kept by the ancients –
It remains unsaid – time is not long
But to a murky end, everything drifts....
