Amazing Feat
Larry had a wart on the end of his nose
it was appalling and he saw that it grows.
He found a doc
who gave it thought.
Then slickly transplanted it to one of his toes....

Sailor's Delight
A heavy rain kept falling and falling
as the wine kept calling and calling,
the glasses emptied slickly
while her happy changed quickly...
she talked like a sailor - how appalling!...

Rickety rackety rattletrap Ralph
Swiftly splattered and splashed his way south
Tattering and transferring two trucks in a tunnel
Undermining Uncle Uric’s ferocious fire funnel
Slickly sideswiping sleuth’s semi-good solution
Taking turns twisting a tornado, causing serious pollution....

Transit
I sit upon a slickly red covered seat,
Across; closed eyes, computer gazing, blank faces.
Red squared environmental bags,
back packs on hunched-back backs.

A distance traveled on my cushions,
has come to a halt,
doors mouths opening,
waiting for my entrance ---
I stand sneaking quick peaks at absent faces.......

A joyful prancy-ness about.
I am in the rhyming mood without a doubt
The words are doing a funny little jig.
I follow them closely like a pot-belly pig.

A happy feeling envelops me in all ways
This is a great way to spend one of my days.
The sentences are typing themselves and quickly.
I like it when the poems prance forth this slickly....

Premium Member Metropolis and Megalopolis
My cousin, Metropolis is jealous of me,
Megalopolis said, at the company tea.

I have more people,

They settled it fast.
They settled it quickly.
Metropolis and Megapolis,
Cousins, comrades, friends,
Settled it smartly and slickly.

And Megalopolis learned there is a lot more hurt
When you bring up in public your family’s dirt....

Fidelity and Curiosity
Fidelity and Curiosity

Curiosity quickly seeks and finds
Tearful times; swiftly
Hiding from view, slickly.

Treacle
Sickly sickly treacle trickley
seeps on, mouldering down the crock.
Stickily sticky it steadily, trickily
keeps on for many a round of the clock.

I wonder I wonder if I would turn green
Should I gutsily plunder its festering urn,
Or should I desecrate such a picnic-y scene
If I’d gently expire or clamorously burn.

Quickly quickly treacle slickly
Drippily dribbles down onto the floor—
‘Fore I can supply my sick wonder
The trickley treacle has trickled off and is no more....
