of green and gold
of rich red hills
and golden shores

I'd like be flying with the wind
to find new shores, I'd like to flee,
But there is contradiction fiend:
I always take myself with me.
a curious wood
waits along our native shores
to bear some kindness,
but rain comes and the sap burns
whilst kingbirds perch in its crown
Like intense bone rattling thunder in a perfect storm,
my tidal waves crash upon your integument shores.

Shifty brown waters
Gnarled grey shack
on a verdant grassy pier
Snow white townhouses
on nearsighted shores
The sky, powdery blue
and you,
Squinting, straining ocular muscles
unveils a lonely, battered beacon
astride distant shores, welcome signal
to weary sailors bleary-eyed
Like boats through the fog
They reach the shores of our thoughts
Bringing back the old,
All the scents and melodies
Felt without using senses
Alas, Man eternally swims into the ocean of time condemned never its shores to reach!

on shores of despair
I wallow in the shallow
of my lowest tides
yet I rise - oceanic -
when my spirit floods with joy
Surging forward
like ocean swells,
the frog happily hopped
gingerly along its way.
Like stoppable shores,
deep and deeper holes awaited him.
Although, for the moment, we are shores apart;
we're still welded together by a loyal heart.
