Seize then this day,
This moment Now;
Let love fund play,
Watch grace endow;
Live happy stay,
For you know how.

to present
      a chronicle
perhaps
     a curtain..
to be
       unveiled
or
a painting
       to complete:
a lyric
   still to write,
 music
        to delight...
...carpe diem

Time on earth is not infinite
the clock is ticking
be present in the moment
which quickly becomes
the unchangeable past
and future eternal

Seize the Day

Yesterday is gone,
Tomorrow isn't here,
The day that we live in,
Is what we should hold dear,
Don't disregard the future,
Or forget about the past,
Live to be the best you can,
And to make this one day last

Seize The Day

Don't wait for tomorrow
You will left behind
Take your first step today
So you will have work to start
Don't tarry yet, don't haste
Don't look at the clock
But follow its track
Do something worthwhile
To make your day bright.

They Tell Me Seize the Day

Seize the day!
That's what they're telling me.
What for?
I'm too melancholy today.
What is there to seize?
Grab a'hold with both hands and all that....
Not today.
No!
I'd rather stay in bed.
My bed is what i'm seizing today.
All day!

Seize The Moment

Be patient all time
One doesn't stay always
Time will turn love
Good times will come
Just believe in yourself
Instead of listening to the words of people
If what you think is right do it
Keep going that way
Until success will be seized.

Seize the Night

Things will work out tomorrow just not on their own every dog may have it's day IF they remember to bury the bones Each star above is yours BUT you must envision the glow seize the night and give the day you've borrowed a beautiful show

Seize the Day(Ideally)

Nothing can separate us from God's love
Smile, hold hands with someone special
Genuinely care for others
Really inquire of their day
Walk in the mud, pick flowers
Listen to the sounds of nature
Feel the breeze on your skin
Make all those you meet, feel valued

Seize Opportunity

seize opportunity
take advantage
of occurrence
that has stuck
it's neck out
of the wormhole
for the first time
in a long time
must hold tight
and ride it till
it dies
in order to come
out the other side
of the wormhole
a new creation
never before imagined

Seize the Moment

Know that Time is brief and passing
It is terrible; it devours all beings
Moment is the essence of time
That yesterday seems like a dream
And the rosy tomorrow is but a vision
So drop the past and spurn the future
It is utterly futile to seek happiness
Seize the moment wisely and be happy.

Ephemeral Time

Sifting through the sands of time
Ephemeral it fades away
As water flows down the river
It's constantly on the move
Time and tide waits for no one
Instead of lamenting the past
We should seize every moment
Fulfil our dreams and wishes
Till our time on this earth is over
And death knocks at our door.

Seize the Day

Seize the day,
Take a chance,
Have fun,
Don't take a short glance.

There is only today,
Yesterday is the past,
Tomorrow never comes,
Life is too fast!

So, why not take a run?
Why don't you smile?
What's there to lose?
Have fun for a while!

So seize the day,
Take a chance,
Have fun,
Don't take a short glance!

To seize the day he sees the day
As the elusive moment that it is
Wandering aimlessly from the herd
Beguiled by a drifting scent of more
Muscling his way into the lead
Leaving a mindless wake behind
Believing lost moments will follow
The shadow of his passing presence
Unaware that he is the moment
And time life’s metronomic warning

Make These Dogs Seize

melting minds like candy on the tongue liquid slumber walking time bloody hands cant
remember blessed the colors mid-november a constant screaming echo gleaming back through
the trees the dirt so rusty covered with the blood of leaves forgetting the dieing the
western disease muted crying begging pleads forgiveness god please make these dogs seize.

Don’t look back with regret The time is gone and There’s no reason to fret Don’t look toward tomorrow It might not ever come There’s no reason to foreknow Look to the moment Live in the present tense Seize the day – the poignant And you will forever stay Filled with delight and insight The quest for which you pray

Seize or be seized

Seize or be Seized

I wake 6, sleepy
I wake up I will win I feel this deeply
I will not let them take my joy
I am not a toy

I arrive at 8, awake
I will win and take,
Take this day,
Take the suns golden ray

I sleep at 9, victoriously
I took the day it did not take me,
I won today, I will tomorrow
I will win and swim not drown in sorrow

Listen to poem:
(Earth Day, 2014)

New life emerges;
Seasons change...
fragile Earth survives another day...

We scan our universe for origins
(and endings), extending vision
ever farther, reaching for utmost limits...

So much to learn --
trial and error, trial and error
(preponderance of error)...

and new life emerges.
Fragile Earth
survives another day.

There's nothing about us,
That God doesn't know.
He knows where we've been,
And yet where we'll go.

He discerns what we see,
And overhears us speak.
But give Him our heart,
And our life He will tweak.

While days are numbered,
And we're not in charge.
We can live our beliefs,
Living out our life large.

Always being cognizant,
Of each thing we do.
For when least expected,
Death will find you.
