Surrounded

All the events of my life so far.

Seem to revolve around that unearthly episode.

Which shall forever leave claw marks on my door.

We Revolve Around Something

circling and sensing
a center not ourselves
we revolve around something
encompassing
relationships, causes
hunger, need
larger in cognizance of scale
and belonging
than my private universe

Takes a hard look in the mirror to see
The world does not revolve around us

Shedding the shackles holding us back
Sets our souls free to soak in the truth

There is an eternal spring of serenity
Waiting to cleanse our weary hearts

Credibility and Validity

Credibility and Validity

What we are concerned about is credibility,
That revolve around reliability and validity;
Equally consider;
Never act bitter;
Results have been stability and tranquility.

Here We Are

gasbag loci.
Visions and wishes flow
through us.
Time terminates
at the point of our eyes.
We are
heavy with circuits,
gravitas like
digital machines.
We don't realize
how much we count.
We draw high prices.
Yet we
revolve around each other
as if we were stones.

Question

I am, but time is not.
We meditate to our own source,
but it is one.
As the light we see
surrounds us, we fuse
into serenity and joy.
How can a world of hate
revolve around us,
if we see only love,
give only love,
are only love,
and happiness, as purpose,
is achieved?

Sing To Me Saturn

Send me up into space to live in the night sky.
Along Saturn's rings, I'll dance along to my own beat.
Turning in circles as I pretend the planets revolve around me
Until I slip off the edge and float away.
Running into stars as I make my way through space
Neptune is next, and then Mars another day.

Salvation

his power is infinite
his grace is mighty
his love is revoultionary
but, sometimes we let his name be forgotten
how can we forget jesus christ
the man who died for us
the man who forgives us for are sins
let your life revolve around him
let your sins be washed away
let your soul be cleansed
let him take control of your life

I wonder what a stone
thinks...firm in all its
ways? surely none are
without thought -- see
a virus squirm away

secure within the memory
of time, everything has a mindful
place --
--------------------------------
The Sun is our center
of physical warmth -- we
revolve around its destiny...
axis of love and hate

wonder how the universe
sees us?

set up for failure
as plans revolve around me like planets
never staying in place
moving with momentum
too fast to catch up
out of breath
i can’t breathe
for i think of life and death
want to catch all life brings
the pedal pushed to the floor
accelerating
and the puppies that want to push me
out of first place
and i must yield
to win the race
with my God

What If

What if the universe doesn't conspire?
Will your world revolve around me?

What if my heart stops beating?
Will you still say that you care?

What if I could turn back the time?
Will our paths cross again?

What if miracles don't exist?
Will you still believe and hope that everything is real?

What if fate connects us together?
Do you think you're destined for me?
What if.....

My Philosophy

In life, here’s my philosophy:
To be the best that you can be
Just find something you like to do
And see if it works out for you.

You also need at least one friend
Or kin on whom you can depend
To lift your spirits or rejoice,
Who’s happy just to hear your voice.

The rest is icing on the cake,
For all the choices that you make
Revolve around what’s waiting there
For you to tackle and to share.

“Food soothes the soul but widens the waist” A connoisseur of fine dining and fast fry I cannot deny, All memorable occasions seem to revolve around food, Tables filled with tender meat, vegetables and homemade pie, The succulent tastes melt in my mouth and raise my mood, But my cholesterol and waistline are absolutely screwed! Real Recognize Real

They say real recognize real.
That means you can be selling drugs on the corner of Cherry street and no one would notice
you.
You walk in a candy shop with a bomb on your waist and nobody will ever report.

Lets make things clear. You're not God!
Miracles that seem to take place every day don't revolve around you.
I'm speaking from my heart, man don't take it wrong!
I really wish you were God so you could fix the problems in my life.

What

What

What do I do with that love that filled the void
Do I fill it in with a choice that is inevitably yours
To do with it what meanderings in the mind one might contrive
Which presents definable conditions
That define us inevitably
What if the world really did revolve around you
Should I simply capitulate and resign
Or is there more to this than what I perceive
And simply leave it as it is
As what was originally conceived
And leave

No God

I say earth was not created by any certain man
Jesus did not save us
Keep thinking if you must
Lies will fill your minds
My life does not revolve around thin air you call your Saviour
No becasue in the end I will be free
Open your eyes and realize he will never show
Practice all your prayers
Quit wasting your life away praising something that does not exist
Really learn how to live on your own
Soon you'll have nothing becasue of your so called God.

Orbit

If I want to circumscribe you
To revolve around you
With you as the centre
Will you let me?

If I want to plagiarize you
To replicate you
Word by word
Will you let me?

If I want to drench you with love
Emptying my heart
Ever, forever
To the brink of insolvency,
Will you let me?

Will you let me be,
Will you let me be around you?
Will you let me sing to you?
Will you let me dance to your tunes?
Will you let me love you???

This By Day, That By Night

Dry, dirty, dilapidated buildings by day
Become suspicious, spooky shanties at night.
Daytime woods are filled with cute, cuddly creatures,
Yet at night they're forests filled with ferocious fiends of foul intent.
By day the moon is hidden half a hemisphere away
But shines marvelous, mellow moonbeams at midnight.
Invisible entities that revolve around our world by day,
Provide a panorama of planetary beings parading across the cosmos at night.
