Until one day, she fell in some dog poop
So she went on a dog strike
Dog rep said, “go take a hike.”

We waited for him gladly on the top institute step.
A pretty girl walked by dressed in steampunk gear.
With the kind of beauty most scientists fear.
We knew not to whistle, that is frowned on today.
She greeted us with a smile, she had a soft way.
I am Tee she said, in a commanding voice that day.
A female! Wow! We were kind of blown away.

Steampunk Santa had a little gear wheel in his step.
He moves so happily he has so much lovely pep!
We watched him silently and noted his steampunk ways.
He endeared himself to the convention these winter days.
What does he do that others do not, someone asked.
Not sure, but he is marvelous showing off each inventive task.

I hide in the brush when I meet one or run to my hut.
I am careful to never make eye contact or make a loud step
Green elves and ghost goblin gremlins all have a dangerous rep
They are masters of animals, especially good with a wolf.
A cyclops runs from them, or he ends up with them on his hoof
They are intensely intense – their stare will dazzle your eyes.
I am running away from one now, no big surprise.
