Stoned Again

Adrenaline rapes
the nerve of addiction

silence rages
in a reverent
skull of lucidity

bound to a violent
obsession

freedom …

destruction…

The Scriptures Are Silent On This One

He kills my father,
He rapes my wife, he loots the house
The scriptures are silent on this one and women's rights the world over
I meet him, gun loaded
Must i wrestle with my conscience?

Here

So much noise
Not much voice

Crisp sly tones
Noise now hones

Words purge fill
Shouts now spill

Pain floods poise
Cast of noise

Mad rapes cheer
Blown right here

Voice mad shouts
Rage comes out

Tires My Emotions

Tires my emotions,
I'm left with dry vociferations..... (vocabulary(?))
Blanks my mind,
And severs my dictations.
Steals my thoughts,
And rapes my mind.
Breaks and violates,
Privacy shut down.

Feelings closed off,
Barred, avoiding judgement.

Bliss

Joy makes easy
Glimpse ecstasy

Love knows surely
Glimpse mystery

Hope waits wisely
Faith sets you free

Truth is beauty
That comes to be

Hurts feel heavy
Hate rapes plenty

Set your soul free
Love spreads beauty

True peace of mind
Is bliss in kind

Frozen

I stand here in the freezing rain,
Trying to numb the pain,
I try to explain,
What it feels like to breathe in water,
My body fills with fluid
But this won’t flush my pain.
Slowly freezing to ice
Laying on the ground
No motion
No emotion
Life seized by this fluid that rapes my soul
A feeling that is under no control
Just slowly drifting away.

Commentary - Tsunami 2004

Though it’s man who makes war
And who murders his kind,
Who oppresses and rapes and enslaves,
The question of guilt’s not so clearly defined
As the dead wash ashore with the waves;
And I’m cold and I’m weary and worn to the core
As I struggle to search for the light,
And I think to myself as the waters recede,
Maybe God needs forgiveness tonight.

Man Or Monster

What separates the pleasure of eating a steak
From the pleasure the slave master gets from his slaves,
Or the pleasure the rapist receives when he rapes,
Or the thrill of the sport hunter killing his prey?

For all of these acts take the life of another,
Reduced to an object by those who have power,
Preaching the lie that they all have the right,
To treat other beings however they like.

Flow Flow Thou Vacuous Word

Apple orange grapes
Murder plunder rapes
All and sundry things
Empty vessel rings
Sunset evening dawn
Easy leasy loan
Tortuous treacherous path
Fresh and fragrant bath
Crazy curious crowd
Town talks aloud
Dizzy merry-go-round
Folks tradition-bound
Catchy cute couplet
Astute images inflate
APOSTROPHIC INTERLUDE:
Flow !flow! thou vacuous word
Thou are not so absurd
As man's ineptitude

Pain

Pain drains
Hurts strain
Wet rain

Pain gloats
Hurts float
Wet moat

Pain zooms
Hurts groom
Wet rooms

Pain rapes
Hurts cape
Wet drapes

Pain hurls
Hurts curl
Wet swirls

Pain grips
Hurts trip
Wet drips

Pain boils
Hurts spoil
Wet soil

Pain rides
Hurts stride
Wet side

Pain shows
Hurts flow
Wet blows

October 7 was Different

One side calls a militant a terrorist
The other deems him a freedom fighter
Each side sure the other is blacker
Each side confident it is whiter...

But when it comes to mass rapes of Israelis
     to Hamas' fully-documented sexual atrocities
There is one, and only one, surety

The perpetrators and all their enablers
must be eliminated ~ swiftly and completely

The Rape of An Innocent Soul

Early in the cool morn
After the rain of night
Single raindrop reflects
The early soft sunlight

Across the sea so wide
In the darkest night hour
A little girl with dark
Black hair has no power

A single moist teardrop
Lays on her face so fair
Teardrop reflects sad plight
The bars of room so bare

One raindrop reflects grace
All the beautiful space
One teardrop reflects hate
On the face as he rapes

Streets of War

I grow saddened,
 our streets
 have begun
 to flow
 with blood

our offspring
 run wild,
 animals they
 prowl the streets
 prey on the weak

king hits
 and glassings,
 blood forks
 and the rivers
 run ever deeper

police
 overwhelmed
 medics
 understaffed
 trying to stem
 the flow of death,
 rapes
 bashings
 shootings
 murders

our children
 are dying
 our streets
 show signs
 of war

and still, we sit
 and do nothing

Produced Wedding Fiasco

PRODUCED WEDDING FIASCO

If cantaloupe
Could elope
and marry a honey dew melon

What would happen
If a cabbage out grows the garden
As crabgrass and dandelions rapes the fruits and vegetables

All this and inclement weather
What's the matter
Cantaloupe cancels the wedding?
Why! you may ask amongst the dandelions and crabgrass
Because they cantaloupe

Listening To Rwanda Genocide

In your azure eyes
I was teaching myself:
how to drown. What a nodal
agency to receive the award.

The ailing moon
will not come to my rescue.
The seized cloud had failed
to cry –

embarrassing the sidewalks. An
unfathomable legend.
A bloated name becomes the
mother of rapes.

At stake were all the crutches.
The tribal stain had a stark
reality. The basic instinct,
walks home to stand on the mount of bones.

The Revenge

A mob rapes a moon
under the blue sky.
Then parades her half-naked body
on the streets of clouds.

Arousal of anger
devours the mate
in a nocturnal rendezvous
with a sea horse;

cuts off the head
to shake out the frozen tears
from unweeping eyes.
Life stares face to face

with death, of a star.
A slow hesistant voice
opens the layers of silence
for seeking justice.

Truth weeps making no pretention.

Moral Decay

Grinding, striving
Skin of teeth surviving
Death slowly arriving

As big brother takes and takes
More souls he rapes
Like picking grapes

Pay the man or lose
No wonder there's booze
To numb the choices we choose .

Empires built for nought
Morality now an afterthought
Politicians sold and bought

Futures forged on broken trust
Election lies , watch countries bust
As we wait our turn
To rust in the dust.

Beneath the Ice

BENEATH THE ICE
Multi stranded layers of ice crystals compressed together pressing down with the force of a planet. Slowly moving gouging grinding horrendously hideous damage to three islands at the top of the world on old map not confirmed till dawn of satellite age. Ice slowly melting, global warming turning up the heat changing the very environment more than any ice. Soon the oil will be stolen as man rapes arctic waste for his own selfish greed.

Heaven To Hell

I look to God and wonder how you could do
All of the things in my life, that I have been through

Pain, tears, deaths, and fears
Always blaming you God, I was unawares

The nightmares, rapes, drugs and abuse
I know now, you are not the one to accuse

It was all evil I had to come through on to this day
The pain and tears made me come back to you and pray

You close me in your arms and say it is okay
When you awake, it will be a better day

Mess In Indian Culture

humidity in culture climax.
why's nonsense pain in sex?
killing, rape and abduction,
is women's attitude corruption?
why natural growth is at risk?
the world society is in progress,
but hindu traditions are in mess,
rapes; leader blames a western fix.
no women is protected by law,
nudity for men is women's rape tax.
over the centuries system is slow,
pain in veil is cultural glow,
disconnect women from the growth,
is it only a solution for modern flow?

Petals of Flower Fades

Petals of flower fades

 Petals of flower fades
In no time drops.
Miscreants are to be punished for Rapes
 She murmurs.
Beasts of jungle uproars
   Beasts are fond of Tortures.
Want to survive with wishes.
Prey but million failures.
Nice tender flower will be burnt out.
Dust of petals blows throughout.
We are ashamed to our daughters’ honors.
Tear in eyes of millions.
Miscreants are to be punished for rapes.
Petal of flower drops.

Slag Worn Centipedes

Ragged thoughts marching like stoned centipedes.
To the slag heap of the lost.
Intertwined with eternity's brine.
Waiting to reunite with meaning.

A lightning strike- mind o fire.
Insomnia rapes the dream.
Splay the centipedes across the page.
Like autumn leaves o'er vampire graves
or twitching feet in a gyrus maze.

The destiny of brilliant beams
is the outback of the furthest ... reach...
Sadistic magicians pulling diamonds
back into centipedes.

Safe No More

Patience, dedication, determination and trust
Living, survival, these are a must
Budgeting, spending, credit or cash
Money, careers, decisions are rash
Marriages, funerals, family affairs
Adoptions, abortions, abductions, all there
Murdering, rapes, in alleys of streets
Mothers of victims, hearing those weeps
The world has become a stranger to me
No longer can safety save humanity
So now I shall choose to lock up my door
Hide from this world I no longer adore

Letters To My Family At Sea

I am not you, never deprived the nutrition of my heritage.

I am not you, never whipped into submission.

I am not you, never married to a nation that rapes my hope.

I am not you, never killed for sport and fear.

Your origin merely lies in the complexion of your pigment.

Branded with the name of ownership, King, Baldwin, Parks.

I am not you, yet mirriors only reflect your appearance.

I am you.

You are my brothers and sisters created from my own rib.
