A Life With a Circumference

a life with a circumference
is where i want to be
im put to shame, put to death , put to reality
life is but a circle and life is dead in me...

Just a Shadow

Don’t speak to me with banality.
My expectations reach further aloft.

Trite expression perverts
your true presentation.

Long dead to me,
you cannot resurrect
trust with promise.

Due diligence has
put to death any remaining
vulnerability.

Go away.

God and Christianity

In the name of God
Galileo was put to death
By Christians

In the name of God
Reformers died
At the hands of Christians

Then came the theory of evolution
Angry Christian banded together
To put an end to this ungodly theory

Christians are so busy
Trying to protect God of Jesus Christ

But I wonder

Is it really God
They try to protect
Or gods made out of their own image?

Whispers In the Air

Whispers in the air

Come back to me

Lips softly pressed

Against the breeze

Into ears promises

Are to be confessed

Your words are waters

Beating in my chest

Like stars from the sky

falling softly to rest

Reflecting in my eye

As I catch my breath

With new wings we fly

Broken hearts put to death

Love is why we’ll always try

Until we have nothing thats left…..

The Real Enemy

There is an enemy among us all
This one is what will cause humanity to fall
It creeps in our children's lives
It takes your resistance then it thrives
It moves on to spread its campaign
If it is not stopped it will reign
All it takes is one try then it owns you
The government turns its head so it is kept out of view
Drug dealers need to be put to death
What if it was your child breathing their last breath?

Premium Member How Love Died

Years of broken promises fell in hardened tears
And feeling safe, now feeling threatened, turned to fear
Lust accused of losing her appeal, turned to dust
Leaving suspicion, where once there had been trust

That once beautiful love, was slowly put to death
Poisoned by those cruel words that took her every breath
Leaving her a lonely soul with a broken heart
As his true colours finally stepped, out of the dark

Premium Member A Prayer For Rights

PREFACE

I wrote this after I saw a poet suggest
~ that all the unvaxxed be put to death,
A moronic statement and one thar rings
and mirrors the ugly,.....Adolph Hitler.
Heaven help us, if we turn into killers.

     ...........My Prayer..........

Now I lay me down to sleep.
I beg thee Lord, all my rights to keep.
If forcibly vaxxed, before I wake,
Send Satan and their Hitlerian souls to take.

He Said It Best

Best, He said it best
When time had come for Him to die
Jesus read throughout the bible
No warnings found
None caught His eye
He stood in line
For least an hour
No name called out
No blood was drawn
To past the test
The blood be pure
Blood line be strong
Richly raised
Supremely born
All of His life He clearly heard
Son You are the chosen
It is written in the Word
Fate is set
But yet instead
The guy in front
Took all the brunt
Hung on a cross
Was put to death

Liqourish

a lamp melts,i fall down.a lamp melting, give good reports to the snow on television.the
meatloaf was bad,as bad as the greenbeans next to it.i dont want to worship a leg,ill read
the newspaper, instead.the cubs did the giants in. a west coast win.a cold win.the electricity
blinks, like the house is a prison and someone else was put to death.being a star, dad settles
the house and kids with one calm shift of position, and harumphs his way back to his
newspaper.

The Tuscan Sculptor

Michelangelo was the Tuscan sculptor,
who carved the splendid Pieta:
the inconsolable and sorrowful Madonna,
who mourns her expired Son
put to death by Pilate, the Roman Governor,
by the will of a deranged crowd...
This Renaissance man carved
the Pieta out of white marble,
God created him out of the dust.
reminding him how vain is human pride;
and he pondered over that much,
giving his masterpiece a divine light...

Poets of Convenience

Poets of convenience
reality to sway
A stain that lasts forever
excuses not parlayed

“Thou Shalt Not Kill” long spoken
ancient law upon the land
Religious, secular, or more’ bound
the truth has one command

A billion screaming babies
by curettes scraped away
As smug self-righteous killers
demand to have their way

The pathway to eternity
lined with voices put to death
“Thou Shalt Not Kill” their epitaph
—damning your last breath
