As the pressures and noise
of my world are closing in on me,
I breathe in deeply, praying
with each breath and breathe out
Taking one step at a time
and concentrate on just being.
I love sitting by the sea side
watching movements of waves and tide

I understand the pressures of the daily routine
With the number of patients
With all sorts of ailments
It's amazing that hospitals are such well-oiled machines

genuflecting

with
demode
certainties
castigating
& circumventing
pressures
entranced
by
the
unsettling
yet
irrepressible
influences
of
today
No wonder you're all sad.
They've stolen your childhood and replaced it
With homework and grades. They don't
Let you dream any more, they crush it
With the pressures to be mediocre yet
Pretend they want greatness from you.
That is wrong.
That is so wrong.
Life reflects real , fake is deflected . Only real can hold steadfast in the spend of time . Only fake is shattered by the pressures of the world . The authentic last , never eroding but strengthening . Only the real respect real , fake merely hates or imitates .
