Furry smear black with white
Aroma penetrating
That smell tells my plight

Sad Sextet.
Rainy day
Wet dog on pavement
Looking in
Seeing me
Sit by the cosy fireside
Ignoring its plight.
Damp shiver,
under wanton fog,
lone self plight,
as shrill cry,
swallowed by eerie phantoms,
of snow gust night’scape
I search for Heaven's brightest light
Finding a church to aid in my plight
I left my heart in the sand...
On a beach, named Weirs
With a plight of distaste
And, a demon for every freckle on Her face...
Your poem, Andrea Dietrich,
put flame to my candle stick's wick;
and shed light
on my plight
that my Poetry Soup's too thick.
People of other faiths, in other nations are also dying,
but, to their plight the whole world is not crying.

looking in the wrong direction
looked left when I should
have looked right
always going in circles
no end to directional plight
fall beckons the trees at night
to drop their leaves by daylight
dropping like our summer sins
our secrets sound - darkest plight
I walked the surface of the earth
like a fly on a bulb of light -
and for what it may be worth,
I suffered, not, a better plight.
A tale of a town at night where birds fly,
They die in the daylight,
If they don’t assume a height,
This position is their plight.
After Moses emptied his tush
God set fire to the only bush
A terrible plight
No paper in sight
All the leaves went up with a whoosh!
Beware, take care
I'm wary,
Disturbed,
Upset
And perturbed
I'm in a plight,
Nothing feels right,
Grey skies ahead
Too many dead.
Flying kite disconnected
entangled in a tree
Poor goes in search of justice
exile, exuding, harsh hooching, hitched-
evoked, exeme, eyrie, eagles?

Wisdoms Plight
You should always be a good sport,
Is a phrase we often use
But of course to prove you are one
I'm afraid you have to lose
come, my child, let me hold you tight,
so I can keep you warm tonight.
I pray God ends our homeless plight.
Dr. Ram's triplet contest
Eerie mystery of the night's unknown,
Now shown as strength unites,
Strived against diminished lights,
The cyhyraeth moans their plights.
Sometimes he's like a traffic light:
Red, stopping me in my track,
Yellow, 'cause he always has my back,
Green, 'cause he knows my plight.
the chains that are bound
choking on each other's ignorance
fall short of the key
linked in division and plight
unable to stand as one
A Lady of the Night took fright
When she saw her customer's plight
For Jack-the-Ripper
Held a glass slipper
On a Monday, nothing goes right!
My neighbor is a real glutton
At a feast, he gobbled much mutton,
Besides other meat,
Ate piles of sweet!
Now his trousers, he can’t button!!
Heart filled with desire,
Inspired by divine fire.
Seeking truth and light.
May the stars hear my own plight,
As I pray throughout the night.
Lost upon the waves,
Ship splinters 'neath storm's fury,
Sky merges with sea.
Island sands embrace my plight—
Hope blooms in the heart of night.
The drive
to write
of sights
takes flight
my plight
While light
clear white
shines bright
at night
all's right
