Premium Member Perky Little Round Things

if God
didn’t like
pairs of perky little round things

He wouldn’t have designed implants
But provided angels
only with wings

Big Perky Turkey

Perky Turkey

At first we found Tom to be quite perky,
And did later became a big dead turkey;
Somehow,
He is now,
Covered with much gravy that is murky.

Premium Member Pretty Crisp Clean Perky Daisy

pretty daisy
crisp, clean, perky,
she outshines the sun
on this overcast day
her petals are unmoving windmills
her seeds sit up expectantly
I have a granddaughter named after her

Premium Member Perky What

certain words immediately bring up another word
when I hear the word perky I think breasts
it is a natural flow for me

I never think perky potatoes
perky parades
perky penguins
perky posies
perky popcorn

Perky puppy? Maybe, but it is not automatic
Perky breasts sounds natural

Premium Member perky polar pals dressed in Pink

polar pals parading around, perky in pink
Pretty Patty Pureblood and her bear Ink
They were proved friends, who loved each other
Closer than a sister, mother or brother

They were the talk of the town at first said Mrs. Yerk
But now we are used to them, and it seems to work
They bring cookies to the shut ins and read scripture too
They would look odd now if they wore yellow or blue

Premium Member Perky Above Board Alice

Perky above board Alice was the one we saw first
Isn’t she the one who used to tease Mrs. Lirst?
No, she’s a good girl, we all like her friendly ways.
The one who tormented Lirst was Pete McVeryWays.

Alice was living up to her name, being funny too.
We watched as she danced and played a wild kazoo.
She is a party animal who makes Wonderland fun!
This sentiment was expressed by almost everyone.

Premium Member The Perky Nurse

An otherwise perky and pretty nurse
was feeling absolutely at her worst,
so she took her troubles to a local shrink
for some much over due analyzing.
"Every time I date a young doctor, I end up sleeping with him.
I feel guilty and depressed afterward very often."
The shrink said, "I need to help you strengthen your will power and resolve in this matter."
"No!" exclaimed the nurse, "I want you to fix it so I don't feel guilty and depressed after."

Premium Member Pinky and Perky

One time on an Amsterdam trip
We decided to watch ladies strip
Some were pinky and peached
But this Scotsman couldn't reach
Oh my, I must be losing my grip

So I sat back and watched it all
Their clothes shed as my eyes befall
Undulations of delight
On this Amsterdam night
This Highlander left in thrall

To Scotland we head back the next day
Ogled eyes have now had their say
Many memories so pert
But boy were we alert
The credit card we now have to pay

Premium Member Our Mother was Perky

Our mother was perky in the morning.
It’s the only time of day we ever heard her sing.
She would come into our room and sing “good morning” stuff.
My twin and I would grumble and rumble about it.

How she could be this perky every single morning is a puzzle.
But she was.
Was it the coffee?
Was it her natural tendencies? Who knew?

The cheerier she was, the more grumbly we got.
On school days.
On Saturday mornings we were the perky ones.
Waiting for Underdog on the TV set.

For Perky

Firmly I'd rub the bridge of her nose As she'd lie upon my chest Paws lay gently upon my hand
tucked under her warm and furry breast
Purring out a message no one knows
Both our hearts feel a calm and sweet repose

Then she yawns
Then I would too
Rest in peace sweet Perky lurk
I miss you.
