For Perky

Firmly I'd rub the bridge of her nose As she'd lie upon my chest Paws lay gently upon my hand
tucked under her warm and furry breast
Purring out a message no one knows
Both our hearts feel a calm and sweet repose

Then she yawns
Then I would too
Rest in peace sweet Perky lurk
I miss you.
