I lie
Before you....
An open book...
You close the cover
Not wanting
To read...
A single page...
Of
who
I am

History is an open book
If we would just turn the pages.
Perhaps it is fear that prevents a look
At life throughout the ages?
Look at the ground,
And look at the sky,
Look at the beauty,
All open wide,
Waiting for you,
Like an open book,
Ready for a new taker.

your mind is an open book
full of promises
reading, writing, math
cooking, cleaning, coloring
there's so much to do
your born
your world torn
as you grow
you began to know
thats lifes a show
no matter where you go
or how you look
you fine that
LIFES AN OPEN BOOK
I am the proverbial open book; all one needs to do is read me.

Lonely Silence of Age
Cannot hear the silence of age;
Open book turn page by page;
Bottom of sea,
Quiet will be;
Of life does exist in each stage.

Some people you can read like an open book
Pages worn, just a bunch of gobbledegook
Sorry for them
A lot depends
Sometimes brains can get overcooked
I may have been too easy a catch for some of the men.
I'm an open book they tend to never read to the end.
I give and give until I find my heart is in need of a mend.
Continue to educate yourself
Never stop learning
Make valuable use of opportunity
In order for understanding
The world is an open book
As you forge ahead
Occupy your time wisely
Enrich your mind instead
For you I am an open book
Read me as you will
Nothing hidden, take a look
Until you get you fill
Around the block, experienced
In many different things
I'll show them to you one by one
I'll start by tuning strings
The world is an open book
When you continue to grab education
You obtain valuable knowledge
What a bright sensation
The mind is an essential tool
Utilize it wisely
Be that sage person
Who articulates succinctly
Let your imagination captivate you
As you turn the page
Information will sink in
And you will become sage
The world is an open book
When you feed your mind
Continue to educate yourself
And you will do just fine
Fierce Angel
With a sinister look
But amiable open book
Dangerous sharp glare
But so much love to share
Seriousness of a lone wolf
Playful & peaceful like a dove.

Walking over the concrete
Wishing you were here
I would be floating above the clouds
If I was with you, dear
I wouldn't have to say a word
All my thoughts you would know
Two minds in sync never have to speak
Oh, how I love you so
You can go as far as you can
Just step up to the plate
Utilize your time wisely
In order to seal your fate
The world is an open book
Your mind is an essential tool
Fill it with knowledge
Bring yourself up to speed and be cool
For seven decades, from your open book of wisdom, to
Read I try, oh Nature
And
Finally, after much effort, my first syllables able am I to
Pronounce: Har-mo-ny!

* A message
Her pregnancy was like an open book
quite readable with just a cursory look.
She wore a gown that trailed in white
and grinned a guiltless smile as bright.
And why not, white was only a tradition,
her virginity a sold out first edition.
I'm an open book
but some of the pages are missing
it's not my fault I shut people out
all the pain I've felt
all the scars left by those
who I thought cared
it's hard for me
to surrender my story
but I will get there
and when I do
I will let you know
Have the ability to express yourself
So others can learn
Give them an opportunity
To gain knowledge in order to earn
The world is an open book
When a person can process information
One shall continue to edify themselves
And receive a valuable education
She is all about the sixties
Polka dot with stripes
Pinks, oranges and brilliant yellows.
With a hippie’s heart
An open book listener
Showing her love in a variety of ways
Encouraging community and respect
A Pied Piper of joy
She is all about the sixties
the evening
we met by chance
in the 'excuse me' dance.
her eyes
with a
demure look
I read
this open book
&
come hither glance
then
love
blossomed
suddenly
to
become
a lifetime romance
Reading the heavens.
The sky is God's open book,
every star His Word.

Ps. 19:1 & 4 "The heavens declare the glory of God...
(4) Their voice goes out into all he earth, their words
to the ends of the world."

Are you for real?
Who you say you are?
If you are like an open book,
Open up and engulf me into you.
I want to read every page of your life;
To see the laughter and the tears;
To see why you are you.
You are my favorite main character,
and I can't get enough of you.
