A Hand Up
Haiku: by Tom
12/27/2020
A caring person
always offers a hand up,
not just a hand out.
the sun shield of life
offers for a charming stroll
gloomy horizons
Written: March 19, 2022
happiness in love,
is when we find the person
which has the other half portion
that we lack, and offers it
for free.... !
october hayride
the hemp farmers wife offers
freshly baked brownies
the play of divine light and sound
holds for us no attraction
save seeing God face to face
no epiphany offers satisfaction
Back up
Because I know you
Don’t mean it
When life offers up
Lies in the place of
Truths
What else am I supposed to do?
Form:
broken timepieces
resist second-hand offers
to exact minutes
from hostile hours, confused by
conflicts in digital mode
the soul offers the sowing
the core manages the process
an invisíble tracer writes the plot
the poet develop it into poetry
"What kind of flower
Pulls us into the future
And offers us hope?"
She turned away, hid her face,
And softly spoke, "White Lily."
The most precious gift God offers to any Man alive is the dawn of a new day!

butterfly kisses
wherever sits very soft
offers smile to eyes
Quarter moon strives,
grows half.
Half-moon yearns,
grows whole.
Full moon offers—
New moon envies:
half, whole, full.
scratching his groin
a worshiper offers food:
the flattered deity
in flowery garbage, holy
water, incense and sweat

Praying to nature
Beauty thanksgivings offers
Endless gratitude!

Winter snowfall offers whiteouts against
thinking, against the multiplicities
that grow in our brains to take over life
in a mean way.
Unasked questions hide truths from you
Asking them offers hope
Why did the East long shun Europe

Whatever you offer me my heart ephemeral is whatever my spirit offers eternal!

Crystal clear tonight
The stars above shine so bright
Frost has its own bite
The moon offers its delight
Sometimes life just feels so right
Gigant Jupiter
And majestic crescent moon
In a conjunction
Offers a stellar union
Enchanting with alluring

cannot cope make a loop out of rope ~ catch a ride from slippery slopes
hang in there my monoku offers hope ~ looking through the horoscopes
The Donald doth make many rants
His promises don't stand a chance
He offers the moon
But is truly a goon
Who can't control what's in his pants
Pain lingers as long as you let it
Scars teach without voices
At times, silence offers peace
But who can guarantee solitude
to quietened chaos?
A kind service chihuahua named Sue
offers care both loving and true
Now she’s in Ensenada
sipping nada colada’s
enjoying the sun and an ocean view
Stars are:
precious stones
that heaven offers
to browsers...
And that men
gift
the women...
