I wonder why those who can't understand (my) poetry
Are obsessed with them as they're obsessed with me.

When weird things minds have
Caressed, object of behavior
is being obsessed.

They warned me about getting a bee in my bonnet since I'd become obsessed with trying to write a flying insect sonnet.

I sit here penning poems;
Listening to children play.
Frisbee obsessed dog zooms by;
Children chase the thief!
Paul Cezanne wasa little obsessed
perhaps a consequence of stress
Painting Mont St Victoire agin&again
as a wy of releasing artistic pain
she was as confused
as she was conflicted
she was as scared
as she was obsessed
she needed more
she needed her
she was truly in love
Personal Journey
Always Focused
Satisfied Feeling
Seeking Soul Self
Intensely Motivated
Only this will do
No one else understands
over and over again
take a break
over and over again
take a break
over and over again

Long ago in Booville lived a Doo
Doo had a friend named Rue-Foo
Rue-Foo was obsessed with candy
But he was never handy
Then Rue-Foo found a mooing Phu-boo
there once was a girl named Karli
she laughs at the word narley
it seems she doesn't care
but shes obsessed with her hair
when she's mad she can be snarly
children's sports meaningful thus screaming obsessed parents coaching from sideline

Most compulsives have never confessed
There are thoughts with which we're obsessed
Our inner vision
Views with great precision
The women our eyes have undressed
Fanatic eyes prying behind your walls
Trying to mind your evey move
Like seeing a star for the first time
And amazed by its shimmering wonders

A poet whose hair is now grizzled
got far more than angry – he sizzled!
Obsessed with “misled”,
he repeatedly said,
“Pronounce it as written: it’s ‘mizzled’!”
As a wee one I was obsessed with hockey
On frozen pond paying no mind to frozen bodies
We pretended
To be legends
Scoring the winning goal, kinda cocky
O Canada my home and native land
So proud of my country with vistas so grand
Prejudiced yes
Beauty obsessed
Amazed by our own beautiful Rockies we stand
Well hello good people, it's me again
Your friendly dude with the limerick pen
A wee bit obsessed
Goofy at best
Almost as faithful as the local weathermen
World War II was in progress
At 5 or 6 years old the world was obsessed
It was us against them
Millions were condemned
Six years later the war was suppressed
Ants aren't
Elegant
But ants work hard
Strong as steel, lean and lithe
Survive
Ants don't
Grouse and groan
Put themselves first
Self-obsessed, ignorant
Ants aren't
You’re filled up with worry and dread,
So you empty your heart and your head,
But it’s all damned to hell
‘cause she’s obsessed with her cell,
and hasn’t heard a word that you’ve said.
Obsessed,
under influence by a gaze.
Amazed,
as I caress.
Blessed.
Blessed,
speaking in tongue, I graze.
Amazed,
as you undress.
Obsessed.

he even struck the nose of poor Rudolph.

A world obsessed with technology
leads mankind to dismiss teleology
God has not been found by telescopes ~
