Premium Member Rebellion

Intelligent, sensitive rebels rebel not necessarily because they enjoy it, they may not. They just may have no other option.

The High Life

Learning, growing (not necessarily college!)
Smile
Facing fears, focus on positive
Mastery of self
Fear God
Entice others from darkness

sum of self-actualization!
Form:

Anti-Social Fever

People who live
Away from others
Are not necessarily mean
Solitary or anti-social
Perhaps they can't tolerate
Hypocrisy, fabrication
And realistic attitudes in their lives.
Form: Other

Premium Member would that be life without strife

her cheerful sign said live your best life
would that be a life without any strife?
Not necessarily said the negative window peeper
Just try to stay away from the ugly grim reaper

Premium Member PRINCIPLES

Today’s blessing comes from the 32nd president of the United States
most of us remember him as FDR:
Rules and laws are not necessarily sacred…he said
but principles always are.

Premium Member Speaketh Sleazy Danny Or Danthemanwiththemasterplan

Do not worry about a lot of sleazy men, yon female gender. Some of may be sleazy, but not necessarily crazy. We just happen to enjoy the finer things in life, within the law, of course.
Form: Burlesque

Premium Member A Thought About Time

A Thought About Time Miracle Man 1/3/2023 Eternity lasts forever. All other, both good and bad, eventually will pass. However, not necessarily at the same pace.

Premium Member What IS It

        ‘Parsimonious’ is
         not necessarily odious

        Though not considered felonious
        it certainly is not melodious

Call it what it is ~ inharmonious

Premium Member A Love Supreme

All positive qualities are attributes of love,
Patience, forbearance, generosity, kindness;
The willingness to accept others
For simply who they are
And not necessarily
What we want them to be.

Temporary Happiness

At a glance,
Just a look,
Not necessarily a stare.

At a glance,
Spotted,
No need for words.

At a glance,
Understood,
Though temporary.

Glance, look
Soon a stare,
But as of now…
…this is okay.

Your Mother

The women who you call your mother
She is not necessarily the same for me
I am her faithful brother –in- law
So by the relation i am your lovely uncle
And you are my cute nephew
Please, don’t ask me to worship her.

Premium Member Letters Of Love

I have found that
Love requires more than
4 letters --

Though pure is not complex

Sometimes less of greater value

Body-weight is about size obviously
While not necessarily a measure of
Content – the human heart an imperfect
Perfect example

Refining Consciousness

Forgetting what is "right"
In favor of what's sound
Subjectivity is lost
When objectivity is found

This may prove problematic
For people more dogmatic

So even though society
Does not necessarily agree
That will not stop me
From being me

Premium Member A BEAUTIFUL DAY

May we be blessed to understand a beautiful day
is not necessarily a day when everything is perfect…

Sometimes things within a day make us happy
Sometimes they make us sad…

What makes a day a beautiful day is:
when the good things outweigh the bad.

Premium Member Different Worlds

There is a brain
and there is the Mind,
not necessarily the
same -- one the vehicle
one the fuel
one the receptacle
one the essence
one the apparent reality
and one the metaphysical
seem --
as Poe said, perhaps
really all "A dream within
a dream" --

Premium Member Tinfoil Hatter

They may mock me, but soon they shall see
I never wanted them to simply agree.
I don't have to always be right, not necessarily.
I just want them to realize all this time I could see
The truth of the matter in this reality
And the lies they impose upon us inhumanely.

Premium Member half witted and hard boiled

Why are the half-witted usually also hard-boiled?
Not only are they wrong, they will not listen to other’s ideas
They are maniacally determined to be wrong
Determined to do what they want, without facts or proof
Stubborn fools, not necessarily old, but certainly half-witted

Premium Member Time Will Tell

Now I am, although it's not true that
   before I wasn't

Here I am doesn't mean that
   there I wasn't

Now is my time, though it's not necessarily true that
   before it wasn't

Where has the time gone? doesn't have to mean that
   it's gone anywhere...

   ...Does it?

Subtle Time

time moves in subtle leaps an bounds, an older still is this old hound, i write the tripe that comes to me, from some smartass, surreptously, not necessarily me, but i am the channel medium, found, who writes it down, 4 thee.... thank you Lizzie Treetop's, "mirror poem" Don

Premium Member Happiness Is a Child's Laugh

Happiness is a child's laugh, a soft kiss, or a gentle touch. Not necessarily in that order. My life has had many chapters - some wonderful, some heartbreaking - but all of them have written the story of the person I have become. I haven't always loved the book, but now I can see it has a happily ever after.

Read

Even though you want to be read
And you fall into your bed
With your dreams in shreds
And the realization
That the very next time
You log on to your account
Your comments amount
To zero read
If it made sense in your head
Know it does not matter if it was not read
Because critics are not necessarily always right

What we see
on the surface
is not necessarily
the substance, nor
all our own; captured light,
a reason for body-armor--
As with all fears
we go to war
against self and others--
the others, for the blame;
and the self, less for the victory
and more for the control:
one cannot lose
with virtual reality….

Premium Member Why Cletus O'Toole Religiously Attends Church

Most folks attend church to worship and praise the Lord as a general rule,

But this is not necessarily the case for God-fearing Deacon Cletus O'Toole.

He religiously goes to church every Sunday to take a nap (such is his nerve!),

And partake of potluck suppers and to quaff the coffee and donuts they serve!

Good Things Beget Good Things

No need to look good to others
What good is not necessarily good
Just remain true and honest to yourself
Others who have heart and eyes knows what's good
Be a good person not a pretender
For those in Pawnshop knows fake from good
Life is a good experience when you do goodness
For good things beget good things.

Premium Member Beauty Not

If you married the most beautiful woman in the world,
and she turns out to be a major pain in the butt,
that once beautiful woman will appear ugly to you,
many more times than not.

Beauty is not necessarily so much in the eye of the beholder.
What many consider beautiful, has been imposed upon them by their culture.
