The crow pecks at the moon's reflection~
a hunger older than the river.
Night folds itself into origami,
while the stars whisper
in braille.
Zany
yeomen
xrayed
Whales
virtually
unconcious,
twice!
Stating:
"Rare
quacking
persisted
on
nightime
meanderings!"
Later,
kinky
journalists
investigated
Hamas
guerillas
found
eating
Duck,
commenting
'bout
America!
I held the moon in my arms outstretched
Pondering the nightime sky
And also my place in this cosmos
My where my what my why
Is my life as insignificant
As in future days may seem
The now nightime of days wandering
This beautiful inexplicable dream
Absolute
by Frank Daub
I have always dealt -- in absolutes.
I was educated in this way.
The greatest Man who ever lived
knew NIGHTIME -- from the day.
An absolute stands timelessly
above the doubt –
and tall.
Yet those who will not understand
Reject truth as a wall.
Summer sunset
Autumn grain
Winter frost
Spring rain
Morning coolness
Noonday heat
Nightime rest
Evening treat
Hungry mouths
Homecooked meals
Working hard
Paying bills
Buying homes
Traveling afar
Spending money
Driving cars
Living life
Giving birth
Facing death
Leaving earth
Night provides its own answer
to our dilemma
Our dreams are a puzzle
which we must piece together
We can dance the dance of joy
If we succeed in our work
From the dreamworld
come answers
From the dream world
come the truths we need
to succeed
in this perilous
and yet magnificent
world
the making of demons
in heavenly cribs
the veil of Truth
covered in Lies
For at first consider
humanity is
and it truly is
at once alive
like life
by the waves
of on high
nigh a nightime
we spread
enslaving
the dead
damned
and
gifted
no reason
no end
by the bay
it floats! it floats!
infinities away
moving into the night, i saw such a great sight
lifting my head to plee, what has been done to me
before i knew it, i was being held
by men of night, i couldn't yell
and just so quickly the grip breaks free, to see a gun pointing straight at me,
but how,who,and why
listen to the night
it whispers things, you don't want to hear
like your death being yelled in your ear
Form:
It was her scent.
Soul, instantly rent.
Craving I could not resist.
A mix. Showered, skin sun kissed.
I stood with hand extended.
Engender nerve to be mended.
She pulled to embrace.
Gentle kiss brushing face.
No other, since.
Skin to skin that intense.
Lustier, bustier, smart and coy.
I believe I'll turn to wake my joy.

I did not bid you come
Nor will I call again
The door to freedom
Is the privacy of pain.
So what stirs me awake
In dead sweat of night
What convulsions shake
My memory from flight?
These walls cannot prevent
Images repeating
The predator do not relent
Me, starkly fleeting.
You come and go at will
From nightime to day
On streets or on window sill
I cannot turn away.
Eyes lie upon precious eyes
his stare, her star, afar
shining in the nightime sky
a closeness they both share
Winds blow in an open window
carrying the faintest of scents
thoughts roam within the midnight
to places where love has never went
There's a tap upon your shoulder
whispers softly call your name
easing nearer your sumptious body
where dreams will never be the same
NIGHTIME BEFALLS,TIME TO GO TO SLEEP
IN THE MIDST OF TROUBLE,SLEEP IS SCARCE
THERE ARE TOO MANY TOSSES AND TURNINGS
WORRY LOOMS
EYES ARE WIDE OPEN AND YOU ARE WIDE AWAKE AS IF HAVE HAD A CAFFEINATED BEVERAGE
BRAINS ROAMS
ITS AS IF THE CLOCK HAS STOPPED TICKING
THE WORLD HAS COME TO A COMPLETE HALT
YOU CANNOT WAIT FOR THE ROOSTERS WAKE UP CALL
IT SEEMS LIKE IT WILL TAKE FOREVER BEFORE THE MORNING COMES
Erasing your fingertips.
Painting over your love.
The bruises no longer hurt, but the memories do.
Picked me up at 2, dropped me home at 11. Of course, I’m only useful in the evening. At night you don’t want my presence. Sharing a bed for the night would be admitting I was a person.
You spoke in whispers, never saying what I needed to hear.
Scars will fade and I will forget.
Simple as that, just love and peace.
Writing for all who need a release.
Writing for those who can't seem to find
A poem that compliments days and nightime.
Dream time comes I wake but don't write.
No need to bother, be silly laugh light.
I plea for comedic, no drama because,
it makes things pecuilar and creates too much buzz.
So the lesson plan today is simply just laugh.
Just peace and love, you hold the bat.

The Mets are on the radio
They are behind
It will take me a little time
to unwind
I have wandered
In Middle Earth, Barsoom and Chelm
Still to me baseball is the "coin of the realm"
The nightime battle is here
And no, I no longer drink beer
If you are not
a player of the first rank
You still have a good annoucer to thank
The game is just starting
It's the fourth inning
The game is about winning
Clocks tick bells chime
willingly to tell the time
Seconds minutes hours days
Turn into weeks months then decades
Take time make time to look this way
in the middle of your busy day
I dont have time i hear you say
my time our time gone astray
Im tied to time is another cliche you say
when you just want to get away
Playtime leisure time daytime nightime
all this time that you are mine
As sure as nightime follows day
time is always ticking away
Listening to New
Age music
and relaxing late at night
Mellow sounds
remind me
that the time has
come to
put
away
thoughts
on paper
Realizing that
once
you
are
published
You've blown your cover
After inscribing
this ode
I will focus on the
pretty sounds
issuing
forth
from my TV
Let my mental state
become one
of peace
and
soon I will go
to that temporary death
called sleep
Listening to
New Age music
relaxing late at night
Mellow sounds
remind me
that the time has come
to
put
my
thoughts
on paper
Realizing that
once
you
are
published
You've blown your cover
and well, that's O.K.
After inscribing this ode
I will concentrate
on the pretty sounds
issuing
forth
from my T.V.
Let my mental state
become one
of peace
and I will go soon
to that temporary death
known as sleep
