An Odd Man In Montreal

There’s an odd man up in Montreal
Who’s young in the spring and old in the fall
In March—Let’er rip!
In September—Oh, my hip!
His mid-age crises he has in St. Paul

mystery abounds

Premium Member The Nationals Are For Real

The team stands atop the National League East. This squad of players appears to be the new beast. The number of accumulated wins says it all. This has been the best start since they moved from Montreal. With great seasons from Strasburg, Werth, and the other boys, the Washington fans will be experiencing great joys. I know it’s still early, and I may be jumping the gun, but if this continues, the Nats may have it all won.

Premium Member I will find a reindeer with yellow antlers

Doris Annie had a dream
It was crisp, and clear to her
Others thought it was way off stream
Plausibility to them did not occur

I am on a quest to find reindeer
with yellow antlers she said to all
they thought this weird, strange and *****
until she brought home two, straight and tall.

where did you find them? I asked so brave.
They were in Montreal, near an elf’s middle cave.
Now the naysayers are quiet, and we all believe.
Because she has them living at her farm in Sheave.

Premium Member Perfect 10

Nadia Comaneci
Gymnastic Queen
Olympic starlet
Romania's dream

Montreal summer
As this young girl bloomed
Three Gold Medals
Young boys swooned

Moscow 1980
Another two Golds won
For this Romanian girl
The darling one

America bound via Montreal
This young gymnast stool so tall
Her dance routines, amazing and hip
From her somersaults, to her back flips

She was one of my idols
When i was in my teens
Her Perfect 10
Has to be seen

" Dedicated to Nadia Comaneci "
