A memory I'll NEVER forget, by crikey Jackie stealing home, my hero almighty Eleven at the time Baseball's ultimate crime Forever and always etched in my psyche (With the old Montreal Royals of the International League in 1946)

Oh I wish I had the speed...Stealing would be my greed...etched in time...with dirt and grime....and victory with the glorious deed

True story... late for our very first game, me and my dad! Looked to the right as we entered the left field bleachers and there was Jackie stealing home! Talk about a momentous image etched in my memory!!!
