Slap Ya Mamma all over

And soak 'em in beer

Next morning smell the mesquite

Sizzle-juce and fat

Impregnate the air

Love smok'n

Mmmmmmmm!

Mamma you work very hard for our family
Always giving and never taking
Mother's Day is on March 10 in the UK
Mother's Day is on May 12 in the USA
An angel that is disguised as a mamma

Sphinx Head Mamma Said

Mamma said the Sphinx head was made from barley
Which Papa stole from the Mars harvest with Charlie
And if you look real close
Especially at the nose
It resembles a picture of Bob Marley

A Glimpse of Mamma

mamma held the whiskey bottle
in small yellow hands
with dirty/short nails
their polish peeling like hers.
jaded/hard eyes with fear in each iris
watched me with something akin to love
similar but more unsure.

The Precious Smile

The smile that gives me warmth, love, affection,
The smile that contents me,
The smile that is a combination of care and friendliness,
The smile that refills the confidence to achieve,
The smile that brings a twinkle in eyes,
The smile that is adorable, satisfactory, affectionate,
Yes! It's my MOM's smile that is the most precious one for me!

Mamma cat
looked in the mirror…
I warned her: cut back
on treats or soon you
will no longer fit into
your fur! She licked
her lips, then began to
purr – shook her hips,
all four; legs supported firmly
atop each chubby paw – I sensed by
her feline attitude, that Friskies
were her beatitude --

Tail pointed toward the door,
Took I haste to the store.

MAMMA

"Mamma."

Mamma,
Loves me so,
She helps me grow,
She makes me glow.

Mamma,
Sees me through,
Helps me be true,
Loves me too.

Mamma,
Tells me to,
Learn and to know,
The right way to go.

Mamma,
Sings and plays,
Laughter all day,
I'm happy that way.

Mamma,
Puts me to bed,
Tucks me in tight,
Turns off the light.

Mamma,
Kisses my cheek,
Tells me "Good night,"
I smile in delight.

Premium Member Mamma Mia

The Abba clones were about to perform
Suddenly Bob felt his feet wet and warm
Anna screamed "diarrhea!"
Mum yelled "mamma mia"
While their pug pup hid inside its fly swarm

Pip had gifted the gig wet smelly poop
Made Anna gag as she shoveled each scoop
At an abnormal level
A proud deed for this devil
For its contents were like newt eye witch soup

Mamma

Mamma

Mamma
I am not as big as you
I am trying, but the world is too big
You have not taught me what I need to know
I still need you
I want to be with you
Learn everything that you know
No matter how I try
I cannot keep up with you
But, I am not strong enough
I am not old enough to be alone
Life is just too hard for me
Please Mamma
Look back at me
See how I struggle to be like you
Come back to me
Help me take the next step
Help me to live

How beautiful you were
Your love flourished and did transfer
To us upon with ambitious dreams
And love for each did stir.

You flitted about, to each one nourishing
Not in discouraging but, encouraging.

To say, “It’s going to be all right.”
And the future is in your sight.”

With God's grace and never His absence.
You climbed the stairs into the arms with guidance.
And in His favor manifest love spellbind
Comfort to those you had left behind.

In Memory of My Mamma

Author Dana Redricks
June 29, 2019

In memory of my Mamma
Although we went through
a lot you meant the world to
to me
I miss you like crazy but I
Know I will see you again
someday
Until we meet again I will
wait with anticipation
until your face I see in heaven
surrounded by God's angels
and by those who have gone before
My memories of us were good even
when in the midst of the storms
I love you, Mamma, I can't
wait to see you again

Dear Mamma

Mamma says
this life's not free,
the whole damn world
as accosted me.

Mamma says
don't give a hoot,
they are gun free happy,
they want to shoot.

Mamma says
I've lived my life,
slings and arrows,
the butchers knife.

But mamma says
take care of you,
be aware of the damage
this world can do.

Mamma's love,
the purest known,
for without her words,
would I have grown?

Mamma sleeps now
but her words ring true,
God bless you mamma
till I'm home again,
with you.
