Bereft from warmth, bereft indeed,
Yet pure inside; they were willing to heal,

To bloom proudly despite their fears....

a stained soul?
or a stained body?
Can a steam be impure?
as it runs down pebbles
or a stagnant pond
with nowhere to flow?
the pond hates the stream
cos it is pure?
or the pond hates itself
cos it is stagnant?
but the lotuses adore the pond
while the pebbles, the stream.
So who is pure
who is impure?
a stained soul?

They all receive rain showers

Charming rose buds 
Coming from different bulbs.
Charming blossoms,
Hiding the bareness of the soil.
Competing with their beauty.

Carnations, sweet peas, lotuses,
Lilies, daffodils, poppies and
Daisies. Oh! what a sweet smell!

from the serene lake; migrated to seeds.
There are no visitors.

Who was losing the battle?
Have not you heard about militancy
and mutilated god? We gave him
our sons and daughters, still he was hungry.

The mankind celebrates the decline,
mourning hills,
dances with the bones of ancestors.

Concept to actual realisation
Purring within the heart
Each moment restarts
Shielded by two lotuses
In different poses 
One pointing upward
The other downward
In between the ether
Energised by invisible nectar

Oh hermit!
Ceasing to suspect
Realise that in truth
Forsooth!
Between lotus shaped as bells
Shiva within dwells
His heart is open
Once doubts are forsaken
He invites our endearing embrace 
Face to face
