Throughout this life.
We travel many roads
Time does not stop.
Each pays the toll.
Yet, we live on.
In the echoes of our souls.

Goodbye Letter

I filled no roles,

And played no parts,

And will not live on

In any hearts.

For who would mourn a total stranger

Better than a friend?

The Angler

The Angler

I’m an angler
In the lake of my mind
Sometimes I hook
A big, shiny Alaska salmon
But most of the time
I live on tinned sardines.

We Live On Borrowed Time

On the wheels of our dreams
The hammer of Thor
Shall crack this fountain sky
What words shall find
The patient clock unwinds
We live on borrowed time
