When she wondered if she had ever seen anything as beautiful as her baby
a voice inside her answered
Never
and when she wondered how long this feeling of love would last
that same voice whispered
forever.

I dare not push her away
For I have been schooled

I listened as hard as I could
recognizing the heavenly messenger
wishing I knew what she was trying to convey
maybe it is just a visit, my inner voice suggested
