Once you fall down in disgrace
Just because you committed a sin
This doesn’t you still can’t win
Rise with gratitude and forgiving face
Relax
Enjoy
Day.
Relax, enjoy days of life, reality embrace dreams display in good never in disgrace.bloody Mary is not the for play.
After an hour I gave up in disgrace,
fumbling, embarrassed and too a red face,
with my girlfriends bra,
and feeling like a galah -
wish I hadn’t put it on in the first place.
I once knew a poet named Cecile
She thinks her poems are a big deal
Saddened when not placed
Heart sinks in disgrace
C'mon let me win and hear me squeal
~ For Skat's Sensitive community *a pd contest* ~
Leaping, though mud-soaked
Splattered of face
Out those rains, with toads.
Less in disgrace!
Hurtling, though with burs
Bee stings o'er me
Down those steeps, bump, bump
Summer-possessed,
With flopping lizard.
Not so distressed!
Serene , say reign , in the depth of nights of a silent most convocation
The hearts those are not oblivious, neither sink in disgrace in witnessing time
The lips those are not hurtful, but generous in beseeching soulful salvation.
Serene, say reign, in the depth of nights of a silent most convocation
Drawing lines between shapes of grief
Going in circles, awaiting the lietmotif
Now just a side of a triangular run.
With defences up like the Pentagon.
Then finally looking Love square in the face
While Hope's line slopes down in disgrace
Calculating a Geometry too disjoint
For Love to have a basic point.
Antidisestablishmentarianism,
Webster handled with ease.
Words like these
he thought were a breeze.
A renowned lexicographer,
there is no doubt,
But, the world’s biggest word,
Webster left out.
In only two letters
of unused space
He crowded the big word,
“IF” in disgrace!

One problem faced by Richard Milhouse Nixon,
Was that his tape recorder needed a good fixin'!
By erasing stuff, he thought he might save face.
But that and other things sent him packing in disgrace!

I am a woman, a mature woman
Time won't let me be,
He keeps bugging me
Always showing his face
Wants me to die in disgrace
I keep fighting him rejecting him
Won't let him win, I am going gracefully
With dignity, no one can out this fire
Inside of me, I was born to outlive
Myself, my spirit will live on
Forever.I am child of God!!!!
Drowning in disgrace
Shame faced
Denying Christ again & again
Falling into sin
Carried by the wind
I send the pain below
Deep down into the undergrowth.
Like a moth attracted to a flame
Lame, I'm mangled with regret
I forfeit the race to become a mace
Disfiguring my face
I stand disgraced
Longing for a place
Finding God in my brokenness.
Form:
Livid fingers across my face,
Icy traces does it make,
Tears of sorrow,
And tears out of place,
Oh how I am out of place,
Silent whisphers fill my ears,
Never gonna be good enough in this haze,
Lifeless smiles,
From day to day,
Waiting for the day of my decay,
Crimson Tears fall daown my face,
Oh now they all look at me in Disgrace!
Do you measure up to the standard
And will not be standing there stranded
Even if you measure up
Will you be able to take your sup
They will change the goal posts
So the goal will be further than most
And the smirk on their face
Will make you hide you face in disgrace
But know in the end of it all
You’ll be better off watching their fall.

Her good and grace
Placed in disgrace
As the human moment
And cheese-covered roadkill
Gets the best of her better soul
She snatches the dripping morsel
This Byzantine beauty lets it roll
Wiping the lost drop of nachoness
With dexterity and pedicured elegance
Only to lick it clean and nasty
Before anyone realizes
Her subtle act of triumph
Makes her one of us.

Two Canadian geese flew the skies
in root to wherever they desire
A plane occupying their space
Crashed head on in disgrace
The geese flew into their plane
Causing much economic pain
The final decision was made
To turn around the plane
And board another safely
So as geese grow in population
Taking flight to airways
Airplanes will reap devastation
And geese will die in vain
I thought I'd try something new
And guess I bit off more than I could chew
It doesn't seem the time or place
So I'll just hang my head in disgrace
So many know much more than me
I'd just better let things be
I'll just throw together a few lines
And hope maybe they will rhyme
If one should make you smile
Maybe I did something worth while.

A perfect world
People singing
People playing
Having fun around the clock
Oh how I hope that was the case
For I live in disgrace
I worry
I’m troubled
My world is filled with sadness
But I have made it work
For I make every moment fun
For a perfect world doesn’t exist
There’s just reality
Cold harsh reality
But you can make it fun
Take advantage of every moment
For that is what I do
When i was young, i could see
in Tads eyes smiling at me
An Angel, with a dimpled face
Never naughty never in disgrace
Older now, how i have grown
In different eyes I am shown
As an angel who is loved anew.
Me in love, hmm is that true?
Tads angel not so angelic now
All grown up and missing you so
Dimpled face, tears sometimes on show
Still an Angel in Tads eyes i know

I,
walk among the zombies
rotting in an unfathomable ghetto,
thrust ‘neath lifeless golden bricks,
drenched in crimson hues
of survival.
She,
dressed in disgrace,
gyrates to an ugly music,
painting his evenings in sordid colors!
What have they done to you,
Oh my Modesty!!
A desperate light flickers high above.
Unattainable.
Blind.
Does your fumbling feeble mind remember me?
I was once known as Honesty.
A flash of lightning
A clap of thunder
As a hard rains falling down
Through the misery of life’s window
With no respite to be found
Tottering along the pathways
Of life’s treachery
Forlorn and broken
Mapping out my destiny
Memories of failures
And what was meant to be
My endeavors all wrought
My own misery
Life holds meager meaning
Since my fall from all grace
Tattered and beaten
My head hangs in disgrace
My wind cries susan
Hoping for response
The sea holds its wave a little longer
Sweetest strawberries
That burst within your mouth
Savoured
to hold onto the taste
Breeze nestles in her hair too long
love songs forever silenced
and multitudes of words
hang themselves
lifeless in disgrace
unable to capture that face
And eyes so rare
but cursed to never look upon themselves
Light radiates her
and the wind cries susan
"The devil wasn't a devil until he became a devil."
A model of sagacity
Faultless and excellent in beauty
Covered with valuable stones
Annointed as a guardian cherub
Set upon the consecrated mountain of God
Flawless in ways until iniquity appeared
Beauty made the heart arrogant
Brightness currupted sageness
Filled with violence by multitude of merchandise
Driven out in disgrace
Made spectacle before earth kings to see
"The devil wasn't a devil until he became a devil."
A model of sagacity
Faultless and excellent in beauty
Covered with valuable stones
Annointed as a guardian cherub
Set upon the consecrated mountain of God
Flawless in ways until iniquity appeared
Beauty made the heart arrogant
Brightness currupted sageness
Filled with violence by multitude of merchandise
Driven out in disgrace
Made spectacle before earth kings to see
"The devil wasn't a devil until he became a devil."

Annointed as a guardian cherub

Driven out in disgrace
Made spectacle before earth kings to see
Bend your knee to the Covid deity;
Hide your face in disgrace;
Wear your mask as your leader asks;
Not making light of the plight;
For what its worth here on earth;
Every day people pass away;
For we are all appointed to meet the anointed.
To leave this place and see His face;
If this causes fear, then listen and hear;
By our faith in His saving grace;
We win the race when leaving this place,
And live forever with heavenly treasure.
