delicious chow
    a dog's bow-wow

  juicy worm so sweet
    a robin's tweet

  a lover betray
    a horse's neigh

  an ill-timed kiss
    a snake's loud hiss...

Premium Member Ego Ecstasy
I wonder
in powerful awe

If I can see
as well as hear
a timeless difference
between ill-timed ego-annihilation
and health-trained ego-fragmentation
into awed synergetic complex wonder,
chaotic eco-ecstasy.

If I can hear
as well as see
full-timed integrity
so dense
robust
resilient
I am optimally fulfilled
by cooperatively silent celebrity....

December Rain
December in the central California mountains
Pine scented air tickles my cheek
Hinting at the peace to be found here
We incautiously wish for the sound of rain
Missing the calm lullaby of Mother Earth

Song became a roar
Our poor tent could not withstand
Ill-timed wish granting

Dong Dong Dong
Hormones in chaos,
Heartbeat racing,
I peer out of the window.
Nothing is priority, anymore.
The duster is at full stop and
fell down limp from hands
That joined in a prayer.
My gaze raised to the sky.
As if the bell was ringing
On Angels’ door to let way
For that poor soul who left
Too soon. Yes, too soon,
For an ill-timed bullet chose
Her head to take a rest.
Bless her soul Oh God. Amen....

The Mourning After
He recalls, clearly as if it plays out for him,
How her smile had weakened him, brought him
Powerless before her very love, her sight

With his own smile, he daydreams of her and
How they held passion between them
So heated, on the morning after, that very night

He sees his mistake upon waking, his departure,
How ill timed and impersonal it had seemed

He now wishes, he could go back, but cannot
Now left only to recall her in his lonely dreams...

A Walk With Little Puppy
watching the water flow
little puppy does the head thing
laughing at her funny faces
laughing more at her ill timed yelps
flirting with an older lady
older lady flirts back
moving on with a sigh
little puppy goofily at the newness
older lady flirts again
flirting back only right
little puppy disagrees
little puppy wins again
more laughter occurs
moving on happily
will flirt with older lady more tomorrow
little puppy dog knows and rolls her eyes
home we go with a joyful trot...
