Scientists cry about global warming
natural disasters a sign of climate change.
Do they forget about the Ice age?
The world has been melting since then!
snow
ice frost
icicle
January
teeth are chattering
February also
March has been called off this year
a new ice age in the Midwest
we will not be planting until June
A sunless world
will unfold, then
deep cold will come.
An Ice Age might
hide sunlight from
Man's sight to fret.
Where will we go?
On snow and ice
we'll crawl and die.
Is this fiction,
or the frown that
each one will wear?
Concern for friends & family,
Taste of love expressed outwardly from the heart.
Worry not?
Impossible journey,
Who can escape?
Emotional element missing?
Ice age,
World of soul-less beings,
Image of God not found within-
Form:
After the ice age, dinosaurs
appeared and roamed the wilderness;
wasn't it chaos to hear
wild beasts stump and roar?
Weren't they afraid of loud thunders?
NEW ERA
They became exinct...
by the time the stone age came,
Man's epic had started.
.
Ya gotta love them.
Huge, wild, extinct, Flintstone's bus....
Tyrannosaurus.
Rex was his last name.
He disappeared all the same....
Ice age was to blame!!
Triceratops too.
And if he ever said boo...
Would scare even you!!!

A couple
Days
You’ve been
Gone again
So what’s
The same
Always on
My brain
Can you be cleared
For the flight of your life
Pray not lost behind
The streaming of dead
On to live again
Pray brother please
Escape the eminent
Ice age
And pray you lose
Your rage
Climate Change
For eons Nature changed its course
From Ice Age, Stone Age , time moved on
An earthquake come with so much force
Then all the dinosaurs were gone
Now climate change is haunting us
No dinosaurs to make a fuss

Yosemite’s huge boulders
Sliced in two in the Ice Age
Half Dome and El Capitan
Both carved by a sheet of ice, a glacier
Peering down from the mountains
Buttercups grace the valley
Where deer come to graze at dusk
Worlds of wonder wait at national parks

Ice glistens on trees, in sun.
Winter slick on my tires spun.
Cubes in my glass winter cold.
Diamonds are ice, with a gold
Ring to enclose. Ice age froze
Our Mother Earth, then rebirth.
Ice sickles are beautiful too.
Water on grasses, morning dew.
Hot sun melts the ice, around.
Then there's none to be found.
Saša Milivojev - ICE AGE
An endless plate of ice
The camel carries me
Treading heavily
Icy tears from sobbing splutter
It stumbles
Over the tips of the pyramids
Weeping
The soul is wrenched
My firefly is not here
At nine
As it once was

A few seasons ago
My heart began to melt
Thawing from ages of isolation
Allowing me to unearth how I felt
Discovering depth
In the layers buried below
Emotions that were stored away
Now put on display to help me grow
Still chiseling away
As the journey will be long
But boldly forging a new frontier
With my heart unfrozen and strong
When did this ice age happen
how did I miss the signs
when one upon another we fall
so cold in our designs.
When callous hearts forget to feel
how can love bloom and grow
when I to you and you to me
so many insults are thrown.
When caring is the victim
how sad this time and place
when what is gained is paramount
so far the fall from grace.
(Stoic)
Rain on my windshield
Grass soaks up the snow
In Between seasons
for Different kind of reasons
The solitude is nice when you're driving alone
Every once and awhile,I will look out to see a child playing
Fathers blow sweeping the white sand of Winter or what not AWAY
Temperature in the 40
Clouds are often pink
Maybe the Ice Age will happen after all

For a decade now self-appointed meterologists
have been screaming ‘climate change’ and ‘global warming’
Yesterday perusing a professional journal
I bookmarked a piece titled, “New Ice Age Forming”
Is it time for the world’s Greta Thunbergs, their shouts to change
from ‘Heat Wave’ to “Snow on the Range”
Twice a year
I pump deflated tires, run a cloth over the dust,
maybe even oil gears if I have thought ahead.
Mostly though, I react to it on impulse,
remember all over again why bike riding in Ohio
(for this climate sensitive Englishman),
can only be done in Spring and Autumn
when the State rests between an Ice-age and
hells steamy kitchen.
The change winds blow,
Goodbye, brightest snow.
Hello, warmer days,
Crisp mornings and sun rays.
Seems an Ice Age past
Since we saw each other last.
And did you bring anything
'Cept this urge to sing?
You were never good
At wrapping gifts,
As you knew it would;
It makes my spirits lift.
Tied in ribbon, bound with string,
I can already tell,
With cheering bell,
It's spring.
She looked at me from
The sky, full of her eyes.
And set my Spring on a fire
Where my stars and moon started to burn.
And I couldn't find any place to run away.
I dug a hole to Hades to hide all the ashes.
Then the sound of thousand years of silent breaking,
Generated a crack,
Through which I came back to the ground again.
And I find
Ice age, solitude, and white back in my world.
This is a tale of a world reborn,
Beautiful ways of life to form,
After global warming,
Comes an Ice Age dawning,
Then an aeon of floods,
To wash away our crud,
Geographic cycles, yes,
We're all in an age, I guess,
Who shall survive,
Of species still alive?
An ancient Planet Earth,
Always reborn, a vast girth,
This is a tale of a world reborn,
And beautiful ways of life to form!!!!

How many bites in a cucumber
How many z’s in eight hours' slumber
How many bees in a typical beehive
How many years ‘til an Ice Age arrives
How many stop signs in big D, Dallas
How many floorboards in the Royal Palace
How many light-years to the farthest star
How many people in Africa don’t have a car
Mom used to say I gave her indigestion ~
Now I teach her how to google my questions
I'm trap in this cage consume with rage.
With a heart as cold as the ice age.
Walking through the valley of darkness.
The pain of my pass I can't suppress.
As the blood drip down my neck.
Barely breathing my soul is a wreck.
but I'm still human even though my soul is cold.
Got me wondering when will my destiny unfold.
Am I doomed to live this life.
Running from society living by this knife.

Well, Maybe If I Have To….
I Won't Eat Humans Either
My Diet's Incomplete!
Of Course That's Not
Resourceful, Though…
With All That Wasted
Meat!
Just Stay Yummy
Until My Tummy
Demands A Little More…
It's Not A Race
For Bloody Tasting
Fleshy From The Store.
Huddled In An Ice Age Cave,
I May Fulfil Your Wish…
With Nothing Butt You
Left To Eat…
You'd Be My
Favorite Dish.

My fingers wander across the world's map,
as I try to imagine how it withstood
massive eruptions, ice age, and two world-wars,
yet preserving it's natural beauty,
and all forms of life.
I go right in front of the mirror,
and see the person I am,
looking at the craters, valleys,
and mountains molded in me by fate,
later creating a world in me which is beautiful,
irreplaceable, and complete.
I see myself learning from Mother Earth.....
